Call Parts Source and spoke with Jack for a starter on Sunday 3:32pm. I live in Oakville and my car broke down and literally said on Waze. Will get there for 4pm & requested if he can wait just past 4pm and was very accommodating. That’s service. Thanks sir

Decent part store.. majority of the mass produced vehicle parts can be found easily.. my issue with the lack of knowledge of employees.I had a very brief discussion when I was having a discussion around one of the oils (5w-30). I have told the employee that the 5w would be a representation of thickness of oil in colder temps (w for winter) whereas 30 would be flow of warmer temps engine operate at.I was told that wasn't the case by this employee. The company should better train their employees, this is some basic knowledge.

Great shop for a lot of parts and items. Price is a little higher for some items than some other places but for stuff in a pinch they are great! Never had any bad experiences in the 5 or so years of coming by for parts/items.

I came here to buy primer for brake callipers and these dummies sold me aluminum paint. Just unbelievable as I didn’t check till months later when I’m now about to spray my callipers. How can you be so dense and somehow get hired to work here? They should do an automotive test upon hire. Now I’m out $30 for nothing, thanks partsource.

Today was a filter day, oil filters for four cars, wiper blades for two, cabin filter for one, and air filters for two. Had almost everything I needed, but not everything. For the stuff I bought, I had to buy alternatives from what I wanted for half of my total purchase. Now I have to make a side trip to CTC for the rest of what I need.

Excellent customer service installing new Bosch wiper blades. I also got a new fob battery. Friendly and quick on a Sunday afternoon.
