Excelent old school hardcore gym. The older style equipment and lots of bars and dumbbells.

Best selection of machines in any gym I've been too. They know how to cater to an audience. If you bodybuild go here.

Its a pretty standard gym and has a great old-school vibe. The guy at the front is pretty nice. The dumbbells could use some love. Some will be chipped and unmarked, so you may not be lifting what you are expecting. And you might not know exactly what you're lifting.That being said, it's still a good choice. And it's 24/7.
