Wish more people knew English to speak to in store as sometimes it gets challenging

Very diverse supermarket offering various treats and dishes. Can get very crowded with lots of parking traffic so be careful. Always check expiry dates of items as we've often bought food items that have expired.

The guy at meat section was impolite, unkindness and bad attitudes for customer who wanna see the beef tailes detailed but couldn't.
He was rather angry.

Friends, BEWARE that this supermarket serves cooked food of UNSAFE quality. Please tell me cooked lobster ? which I bought one hour ago, as I am half way enjoying, snap open the CLAW ? ? meat is of STALE BAD ? ? . I respect that beautiful layout, from this moment on , no more Ocean
Shopping. I brought this to the government food lab where one of my nephew works. If confirmed " bad " quality cooked food, HEALTH INSPECTOR will deal with this kind of business practice.

@ 2:35am which is around 8 hours after I ate half of the lobster ?; I woke up just to
VOMIT into the toilet . This is NOT a story written to sabotage
this Ocean supermarket. This served as a record for what happened to myself who ❤️ love this CLEAN , well lighting welcoming kind of business.

Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Any time you ask someone a question they can't answer because they don't speak English or they outright don't care. There cashiers are rude and disrespectful, on one occasion one of them was on there phone while serving my girlfriend and I on numerous occasions they are talking to each other in their language like my girlfriend can't understand what they are saying. On another occasion, I told the lady I wanted to make two transactions. I told her to stop at $15. I will pay and then continue. The woman gets man and starts cussing in her language after my first transaction, and then she goes to get a cart and starts throwing my other items in the cart. She didn't understand that I was going to pay for all the items but I wanted to do it separately as I was shopping for work.

Not sure they close 15 minutes early everyday. Perhaps you should change your store hours☺️
