I visited the store and returned 45 minutes later for a simple exchange. When I approached the front desk, the manager was called, and their attitude was shocking—no smile, no customer service, just an awful demeanor. The manager explained the exchange policy in an extremely rude and unprofessional way.
I strongly suggest improving your approach to customers. It will serve you well in the long run, especially if you plan to stay in the retail industry.

Purchased two pieces an hour ago and didn't get a chance to try it on since the fitting room was busy. Just called to ask for an exchange and they can't do it even though they had tons of the same qzip. Awful.
Prices were good but a simple exchange won't hurt you.

Let me just say these 5 stars are for 3 gentleman in that store and 1 young lady who were exceptional!!! Jayden, Jose and Jaden, and I didn’t catch her name but this cute girl with her hair in a braid and white airforces ?It is so important when you met amazing people these days, they make me want to come back there and shop some more, I pray these individuals see their worth as some people they work with there were giving really nasty vibes, I don’t want to dwell on it much but one of the male manager’s long hair I forgot his name and another lady there with a headband and grey sweater should really switch jobs as their energy was less than mid, very unwelcoming & giving miserable ? we all have bad days but when we come to work we got to show out! I really pray for those individuals to practice kindness to not just others but themselves. As for the other rockstars keep going and chase your dreams, you guys are stars ✨ never change ?

Prices here are not clearance prices for sure. They should not be called a clearance store. Yes the service is like. Clearance. Not bad but not good also.
