Take your business elsewhere. The staff here seem to behave like a bunch of highschoolers that ridicule customers when they think they cant be heard. Its a shame because the service wasn't bad, although far more expensive than most mom and pop shops.

Very poor service.. I changed Oil and Filter in this branch of Mr. Lube few months back and at that time they removed the air cabin filter for checking and told me that it needs to be replaced. I chose not to replace it at that time. Last week when I took my car to a mechanic for replacing the air cabin filter, I was very disappointed to learn that the filter has been installed incorrectly. It has been flipped front side back which means all the dust that has accumulated for years are now pushed into the passenger compartment. I felt sick when I was told about this.

160 dollars for an oil change is crazy.
They didn’t even clean the threads on the plug and the filter was leaking steadily for a week. Oil was bone dry.
Horrible shoddy work.

Oil change was fine. Expensive service items and lots of upselling (which would be fine if prices were fair)
