Avoid this location at all costs. I went here with a perfectly good car. I always get my oil changed from a place near my house but very unfortunately needed to go here for the first time due to availability. They constantly pressured me to change this, change that and I said no to every thing. Then they say to me that while changing the oil, the oil pan broke or whatever. So THEY BROKE it. I told them I’m leaving and they would not let me leave. I went in for an oil change, ended up paying them $300.It doesn’t stop there, my car started having an oil leak right after. I need an oil pan replacement because of these people. I reached out to mr Lube’s website and the manager took no responsibility. They are complete scammers. Do not go here. Trust all these reviews.

Took my vehicle to get an oil change. Technician “meet” was under my car for 5-10 mins said “ok to drain” then comes up saying he could not drain my oil due to a stripped drain plug.My vehicle has never seen any garage or shop besides dodge, this is the first oil change that was not covered by my warranty plan.My vehicle was never damaged prior to visiting location 193, and sadly will require a new oil pan and drain plug. The manager of the franchise I went to refused to accept responsibility and refused to offer any help with the issue they caused.Avoid at all costs.

Several weeks ago I Brought my truck in for oil change....days later..miles away... the low oil warning alarm went off...I stopped at a gas station.... and checked my oil it was DOWN almost 2 full liters...it cost me $45I also Brought the mustang in for an oil change... AND undercoding to be done. They told me they didn't have any undercoating..I paid for it in advance... 2 weeks later by I dropped in and they took me right away. They forgot to call me,Then I brought my Mustang in for complete brake job, elsewhere, and the brake fluid Reservoir was empty, which introduced a lot of air into the lines, which made it nearly impossible to bleed.. they checked the power steering reservoir IT to was almost bone dryWe will no longer take our vehicles there

I have been a long time customer of Mr. Lube and I have noticed that in the last couple of years the service quality has gone down tremendously. Very disappointed with the quality of the people they are hiring.

After sharing a negative experience, Mr. Lube responded, stating, "We will work with both yourself and the franchise owner to resolve your issue." However, they followed up by asserting that the damage to a lugnut was your fault, resulting in an expensive repair. Additionally, they then stonewalled and refused to provide the franchise owner's contact information when requested.

Barrie Location 12 Bryne DrOn Monday the 27th of November at 6-6:30 pm I took my wife's BMW X3 for the installation of my four winter tires which I had on the rim in the trunk of the car. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I noticed something was wrong. Stepped outside the car and asked what was the problem. Three of the tires were changed except for the rear left. I was approached by someone called Vikas who told me a lug bolt was rounded when trying to remove the tire. They tried to remove it using the wrong tools which worsen the situation so they asked me to come back any another day until they got the proper tools to do the job .Returned a week later but Vikas was not available but was told to take the car to any shop except BMW for them to fix it right. I asked for a written document but they deny to invoice me or giving me any other written proof arguing they were a highly reputable company... I was also told to not worry and that they would pay for the repair.I asked for Vikas supervisor for an explanation and was later contacted by someone called Simran. After texting back and forth three days later I was told the following:" I spoke to the manager and saw video footage, you came with one tire to install as you did 3 by yourself and couldn't install 4th tire. You brought your vehicle with seized and stripped lug nuts so they declined the service. Mr. Lube is not responsible for anything as you brought your vehicle with that condition as you couldn't do it at your end. "This is a total disgrace. People like this should not be representing a business. It just hurts the name of a reputable franchise.2015 BMW XThanks for your time and attention regarding this matter,Felipe Ortiz.

After having an oil change at Mr Lube in Newmarket , my car started leaking oil. I did not notice at first. I drove to a friends house and then to a store when my car started flashing low oil pressure. As we drove back to Mr Lube, my engine started smoking. They did not know what the problem was. They replaced the oil filter again and added oil as there was no oil left. Since than my car has not been the same. My engine gets stuck while driving, noises while driving, popping sounds, swooshing sound. I need answers of what can be done for my car or I will take the further steps needed.

took my german car for 3 consecutive oil changes at Mr. Lube on Main Street East in Milton. While my car was at the dealership for an unrelated issue, I asked them to do an oil change to kill two birds with one stone. The dealership mechanic couldn't unscrew the plug on the oil pan as it was just spinning due to stripped threads. The tank showed signs of oil sweating from last oil change. They documented their observation and quote to replace aluminum oil pan. I brought this to Mr. Lube and they went on the defense, claiming the dealership was to blame for this issue since "they touched it last". Mr. Lube claims they have video showing they torqued the bolt to spec, but refuse to show me the video that "proves their innocence". To replace the pan at the dealership, it costs close to $880 with tax. Now Mr. Lube is offering to "look at the issue" and see if they can replace the plug but I have lost all trust in that business between their poor workmanship and their lack of accountability. I wanted to let you all know my experience so you dont experience this added expense for nothing. The repair cost me upwards of $800. Also, head office was emailed twice AND HASN'T ACKNOWLEDGED THE COMPLAINT. Extremely poor customer service.Service: Oil change

I think Mr.Lube overall is a great franchise with excellent overall service. I often use them in Guelph, Ontario. However i was in Windsor today and took my wifes small Toyota CHR to them, i was told it would be $ 190.00 for synthetic oil change !, then the guy shows me the dip stick and says the oil is dirty and a flush is recommended at another $ 45.00 : total change was going to be $ 257.00 for an oil change?? i questioned them as ive never even paid that for my F150 with synthetic, i was told all Mr.Lube in Windsor are the same price. Obviously a scam to rip people off.Head office needs to get this franchisee in line fast. Its damaging your brand name greatly.By the way i ended up paying $ 89.00 on the same street at the Great Canadian Oil Change company. same oil, same service.

Great service and very friendly. Place was clean and we went right in. We also received free windshield wipers and they installed them for us. I would recommend them to others.

Your store #233 in Stoney creek try's to upsell unrequired services. The "technician" told me on this visit that i required a rear differential fluid change even though the fluid was changed at the dealership less that 9 months ago and they did it less than the $199 you offered the induvial was basically telling me the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I also needed to go down stairs to loosen the oil filter for your technician as they couldn't get the oil filter off ( I wore a bump cap and had safety shoes on). this is the second failed attempt at an upsell, on a previous visit they told me my tires needed to be rotated even though the car has directional and staggered size tires ( 275 in the rear 235 in the front) I will not be using Mr. Lube again.
