I called after my car wouldn't start and received a low battery alert.
Very positive experience - tech came by an hour after I called and battery was replaced in 10 minutes. Leo was very professional and got the job done. Stellar review, I would use this service again for any battery issues in the future.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Had an appointment booked for 2pm and the owner sends me a text at 2pm saying he can’t find his employee. Very unprofessional, I took a day off work and had to get a ride to my dead vehicle. Didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me he can’t do the job earlier.

Unfortunately , i was not able to give these theives less than 1 star. These "men " arent customer service proividers. They are bouncers , loan sharks and aggressors. After completeing a battery replacement on my vehicle , I inquired with the contracter what was the acceptable methods of payment, to which he advised me cash or etransfer. I opted for the etransfer option seeing as though i wasnt able to go to the bank before the contactor came to my location. I sent the payment via Scotia bank ( Took about 30 mins for the funds to reach his account). In which time the contactor became aggressive, requesting another method of payment ( even though i provided proof the funds had aleady left my account ), Sending numerous text messages (as he was still parked at the end of my driveway ). I opted to call the bank to see what could be the issues( to which he responded not the banks issue, and he just want his money ) Needless to say it was a banking issue and after the 30 mins these hounds received the deposited funds in his account. Now i am waiting on a receipt which i requestred ove 16 hours ago. Never doing this again

2nd time using this service. At my house within 2 hrs of calling.Tested the old battery to show me that it needed replaced and had the new one in quickly.

I called around trying to find a new battery for my V8 Challenger. CAA basically told me I was out of luck and they didn’t carry it, they offered to tow me to a mechanic. I called this guy and he was able to come to my driveway and install the battery. Super nice guy, reliable, and honest. Highly recommend!!!
