“After I experienced a flood in my condo, No Problem Movers were brought in as the company to pack up all my furniture and items while renovations were being done. They were extremely thorough. Items were wrapped so well that I could not believe what I was seeing. I have used other movies in the past and items were quickly wrapped, but not to the degree and quality of this company. The crews that were wrapping and then unwrapping the items, when they were returned, were extremely professional and polite. Not sure how this happened, but one item, even though it was wrapped very well got damaged. It was documented and reported to the company and the item did get replaced completely.

“We initially thought about requesting only two movers but after communicating more with the team, we decided a third mover would be required to properly move all we needed to (a few heavy items involved, multiple rooms/stories). “Mayflower movers provided an excellent experience on our long distance move from Ontario to the Maritimes. We received a very accurate estimate and the company provided helpful packing, moving and post-relocation suggestions as soon as we booked.
The moving truck operator, Gilles, was extremely organized, professional and personable. Both the truck and the moving crew arrived on time in the freezing rain the first morning for loading. Gilles and the crew were polite, very clean (laying out extra mats) and careful with our belongings and walls. In additional to household items for a family of 4, we had several heavy commercial machines and some weights which the crew brought up from our basement and loaded efficiently.
Gilles contacted us when we first booked, a couple of days prior to the move and immediately following the weighing of the loaded truck, being within 30 minutes of leaving our home. The last was to let us know the exact weight and cost, which was amazingly close to the estimate, despite us adding additional large items after the estimate was completed. It was great to have no financial surprises, as many who have used other moving companies have complained about.
Again, Mayflower's truck operator, Gilles, contacted us the night before the truck was to deliver all our earthly possessions to our new home. Mayflower contacted us in the morning and effeciently processed our payment.
An equally pleasant and professional local crew arrived early to greet the truck upon arrival. They unloaded so quickly, trying to ensure all boxes and furniture were delivered to the correct rooms. I couldn't keep up with them! On this end, they were stuck with the heaviest items last. However, still full of energy, they were great sports about it.
We were pleased with our experience with Mayflower Canada and definitely recommend their services. We were extremely impressed with the truck operator, Gilles, and are grateful for the extra packing he did of some large toys in the playroom before we got to them. Both local moving crews, in Ontario and New Brunswick, represented the company professionally.”

“Mike and another gent helped deliver items I had purchased online. He had two pickups and one drop off, and the operation was like clockwork. Mike stayed on the schedule proposed, and both pickups said he was very professional (they met him before I did). The drop off was smooth and both gents seemed like great guys. My only complaint was that his quote prior to the pickup was for three guys, and there were only two who did the move.”

My boxes where picked up on Sat Aug 14th all in perfect condition I went a little OCD on the *TAPPING and WRAPPING* they arrived on Aug 24 in pretty much the same condition Any breakage was all on me The drivers that picked up my boxes from Quebec where very patient and answered all my questions Thanks guys I was under so much stress --forgot to ask there names The 2 guys (Saffet & Gokhan) that dropped them off in New Brunswick where as equally patient and courteous etc etc...
