I have observed a decline in the level of customer service provided by the store associate when I visited this location. I’m not mentioning her name in this review.In the past the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and effective communication. However my recent experience have been marred by an attitude problem exhibited by one of the staff named Ruby, which has led me reconsider future visit to this store. I hope management addresses this issue to maintain high standards of customer service previously experienced and train them in exhibiting a welcoming behaviour.

Great experience getting a pair of Timberland Boondok 8inch boots. The boots are out of this world in terms of comfort etc.The service was outstanding as the store manager helped me out quickly and without a hiccup. Didn’t realize it’s connected to the warehouse so their inventory is expansive. Cheers.

they are thieves ,if you are a walmart employee they will claim safety shoes on your behalf without your permission. dont wait whole year to get your free shoes, otherwise you will get nothing

This was my first time shopping for safety shoes. The store has an excellent selection of shoes. The staff were all very friendly. Harjinder in particular was extremely helpful and patient as I tried on multiple shoes and insoles. Definitely pay this store a visit if you are looking for safety shoes. I will definitely be back once my current pair wear out.

I bought a pair from another location and wanted to exchange. I asked the salesperson if I could return the shoes, she inspected and said it was okay. Later when I couldn't find something to meet my needs and I asked her to return she said she wouldn't return because the shoes were worn. Double standards

The sales person told me that I could select any pair of safety shoes up to $ 149 without payment, as it's covered by my company. I selected a nice pair for $ 159. I expected to pay $ 10.00 + taxes out of pocket.No. The scammers wanted me to pay $ 32. Shame on you Mr safety shoes. Please avoid this place and look elsewhere.

Don't waste your time at this location. From manger to staff all are confused when you bring form from work. Picking same pair of shoes at outher location are good to go but at this location it's like rocket science. Waste of time
