First time using them. Adam (?) was awesome. Diagnosed the problem over the phone, but had me come in to confirm the problem. Fixed it on the spot. Very pleasant, informative and efficient. I'll definitely be bringing any future repairs there.

Bought from a Facebook listing but cound't figure out how to rate them over there.Just picked up a framing nailer. They were honest, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I am not close to them at all, but next time I'm skipping the flakes out there selling stuff they got in a HD return skid. These guys are the real deal, know their stuff, can repiar (obviously) if you need it, and appreciate your business.I'm sore from an encounter previous, and they made up for it and then some.Thanks

Dealing with Mississauga repair centre is great. Very good customer service. Very fair pricing. Knowledgeable staff. Everything you’re looking for in a repair and retail shop. Have bought hitachi and dewalt tools from them, both are flawless. They are now my first stop when looking for tools! Go there. You won’t be disappointed.

Thanks for replacing my Milwaukee impact gun. Brought my Milwaukee impact gun in to repair during the pandemic. Seems parts were back ordered due to the chip shortage. Even though it took a while, Milwaukee sent a brand new tool to replace my old one under warranty. Customer service was great. Only thing I wish was that they were open on Saturdays as I had to drive over 45 minutes to get there in the week and get back to work. But awesome service. I recommend them for repair service

Here we go :I have ben taking tool for repair to this place for several year now.Paslode gas/battery operated, finish and framing, tak them home iwas sittinfor 1 week on shelf, did not work its likstarting thholprocesagain. 1 makita w/cord sawzall, it operatebut slows down and speeds up, aftebringing it home from service still the same, bostitch compressor... Etc. Thlasone was the compressor cost me $170 to get it back. After 3 hours it was runing without stop and not be able tuse it job got delayed had to get an other compressor.So finally i found an other well recommanded tool repair place.

bob says a tool repair will cost 240, seems confident he knows the issue, come back to pick up and shocker the price jumps to 330 without any heads up or nothing. disappointing

I have issues! I took a Makita Blower to this company over a month ago to get apparently a carburator replacement and they insured me this item was working. It still has the Same problem. They will be seeing me in the morning. if they can not resolve the problem. I then will be heading out to the head office of the Makita corp, and raising a stink. The purchased Item was brand new. They shouldn't be servicing Makita and it's products if they are incapable.. if they can resolve the problem, I will happily retract my review and be happy with just having working product.
