I went to Mississauga Honda on Jan 4/2024 looking to purchase a 24 Passport. I had already done my research on this vehicle and decided that it was the one that most met my requirements.I met up with salesperson Jun Li at that time. He was nice and friendly and understood that I was a serious buyer and that I didn't want to get involved in a big sales pitch. Although it took me another week to "sign" (waiting for insurance claim), he followed up with me during this timeframe to notify that Honda was offering a $2K incentive, lucky me!Although I would have gone ahead without this incentive, it was nice that he did let me know about it. During my 3 week delivery waiting time, he promised that he would keep me informed about progress, and he did.When the vehicle arrived, knowing that I was without "wheels" due to a not-at-fault accident (vehicle was a write-off), he expedited it's availability to me, even though accessories I had ordered were on back-order.Post delivery, he followed up with me on setting up my 1st service appointment, and, updated (showed me) me on some of the vehicle's capabilities when I went to see him. He also has followed up with me on the back ordered accessories and set up an appointment for their installation.
