This is the only place I go for my dance wear.... I'm studying adult ballet...and it's great to have a place that caters to adults as well as children...the store is close to home....and the retail help are always very friendly and knowledgeable...

Mike helped us over the phone prior to arrival and then found us the correct stage shows for stage coach. Good place for a variety of kids stage and dance shoes, as well as costumes and so on.

Got all my kids ballet stuff here, has everything you could need! (Ballet shoes cost about 28 bucks, ballet bodysuit around 30 and tights around 12 bucks!)

I didn’t care for the customer service here.The staff isn’t educated on the difference between gymnastics wear and dance wear.When I walked in looking for gymnastics wear the first thing I should have been told is that we cater more to dance wear.I made a couple purchases thinking what I got was right. It wasn’t. When I went back literally 45 min later to tell them it wasn’t was I was looking for they told me there was no refund.That should have been explained to me as a first time customer when I was making the purchase that it was a final sale.I was offered a store credit but how would that work when the store doesn’t carry what I was looking for.After convincing them that they should have been more straight out with me about the policy before the purchase, they decided to do a refund. Which I really appreciated.Then it got really awkward when they didn’t know how to do a refund and made me feel so uncomfortable about the situation. Scrambled and confused it finally was done.I said thank you and apologized that it was a bit of a chore for them. (Which it should have been them apologizing to me the customer)They said nothing to me and just gave me a dirty look.My 11 year old says after to me. That was terrible mom they were not nice at all.Too bad my first experience was my last.Do better explaining your policy’s to new customers so they don’t get shamed for making the wrong purchase.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted with smiling employees who will be happy to help you. Goods are reasonably priced and I got correct fit tap shoes for my child.
