My sons and husband bought me a wedding ring from here. We had a small accident and the ring needed repair. I had to go back and make arrangements for repairs. Jas was so helpful and patient, submitted my repair request and helped me choose an engagement ring to match my wedding ring. She was very pleasant. Yes, I would definitely shop here again.

Had the best experience shopping at this location today. Jas was so amazing and helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and ensured that I was provided with all the information needed to make my decision without feeling pressured.Jas is amazing at what she does and provides the best customer service.She deserves more than 5 stars.

I purchased an engagement ring and a band a few weeks ago and Shanice was terrific. She was knowledgeable and engaging. She helped me understand how the size and colour of a ring would complement my hand and skin tone. She was so easy to talk to; I did not feel pressured at all. If you plan on going there, I highly recommend asking for Shanice; you will walk out feeling great about your decision.

My fiancé and I purchased our wedding bands at this location and Vicki was such a pleasant help. She took the time to really help us decide on our rings and what band would look best with my engagement ring. We walked out with an amazing deal that couldn’t be beat and are extremely satisfied with the service. We will definitely be back!

Not costumer friendly and very poor customer service at square one.The employees don’t know their products, and are misleading so they can do a sale, not reliable at all I bought Jewlery had to have it resized spent couple of thousand dollars. I was told I’ll have it back within 2 to 3 weeks, and I still do not have my jewelry back it’s been 9 weeks now and numerous of phone calls. Keep getting the song and dance attitude and a lot of excuses.I can’t understand how what was suppose to take 2 to 3 weeks now it’s been 9 weeks where is my Jewlery!!!Not a satisfied customer I definitely don’t recommend this store at all. Will never shop here again. I guess I’ll need to contact head office and see how they stand behind their name.

Very terrible customer experience!! They do not have any respect for their customers! Stood in the store for about 15 minutes and no one offered help. A black girl with long blond hair said she would come help us next but she spent the entire 15 minutes at the cash register with the same customer and giggling with a coworker who didn’t offer us any help. We walked out of the store because we were simply tired of waiting. Extremely horrible experience and customer service. I do not recommend this store!! They clearly do not need your money- so please go somewhere else where you would be treated with respect.

Went there to fix the clasp on 2 times that broke FOR A SECOND TIME FROM HERE I approached the sales guy with a suit and he said he’s helping someone else, but he did not even greet us or ask what kind of help we needed since i had the jewelry in my hands that he saw. Made us wait 20 mins without being acknowledged by anyone else. He then proceeds to tell us that they are out of stock, which isn’t a problem within itself but why did u not tell us that from the beginning took 1 second to look at and made us waste our time for no reason. He seemed like a nice dude but there needs to be more staff on the weekends

Bought my wife a 350.00 gold necklace in December and she did not realize she did not have it on and found it in the living room carpet as it snapped in the middle of the chain not on the clasp.I took it in to the store and they said they could do nothing for me as it was purchased 6 months ago.I explained that I would spend 300.00 to 400.00 to buy a thicker chain. They offered to fix it for a price ! and that was all they could do. I have spent close to 5000.00 just in the last year on gifts.I have friends and family members that shop at Michael Hill but after this experience they have lost all of our business.

Had one of the best experience here today with Nick. Very knowledgeable and gave my finace and I alot of options. Didn't go to actually buy today but the deal was too amazing to leave. The staffs friendliness was top notch. There were 2 other ladies in the store that showed how they loved their jobs and that was amazing to see. Thank you Nick and your staff for making this experience memorable

Stood there for about 5 minutes without anyone else in the store while both male associates sat behind the counter. Eventually about 5 minutes later, one of them said “are you going to help”…. I realize I may look young and also pregnant, but that doesn’t change the fact that I was in there looking for a wedding band to match my ring that was already purchased from Michael hill and was given such POOR service. I will not be returning to this store. I was made to feel like a burden rather then a paying customer.

Bought a necklace from here online. Terrible customer service, gave us a scratched up and used necklace and when we called back they were really rude and said that they cannot place an order for a new one or anything and that we only have to come in person for them to 'review' it. Called the Erin Mills location and they were super helpful and helped us out immediately. Told us to just come and they will give us a brand new one! Gave us a discount and made us feel really welcome. GO TO ERIN MILLS
