There is Very helpful staff ?3 years ago when I wrote my first review, I want update my review MI clinic pharmacy was the best pharmacy services experience I had. positive experience with the pharmacy services. The staff was helpful, and the prescription was filled accurately and promptly. And especially Free Delivery for medications is very important and helpful when I am pretty sick and there is no one to pick it up for me. overall a satisfactory service.

Mi Clinic Pharmacy at 2690 Erin Centre Blvd is very patiently friendly and satisfies their patients' needs in the most appropriate manner. The pharmacist and his team make personalized connections with their patients and they are extremely caring, friendly and helpful. Their gesture in delivering medicines at home irrespective of the value of order, accommodating urgent requests and billing appropriately to insurance speaks volumes about their dedication to serve their patients. They understand the needs of their patients individually. Thank you. I wish you all the best.

I decided to give this place another try after my first horrible experience. The second time I went. It was even worse. My appointment was for 11 AM. I made sure to let the people at the front know that I had an appointment after this at 12:30 somewhere else so I got there early around 1050. I waited around 30 minutes to be seen by dr kumar when I was telling her why I came in today I felt extremely rushed and I listed around 4 concerns that I had and she told me she cannot help me with all of them today as it’s too much work for her which was extremely disrespectful i’m not coming back tomorrow to tell her more concerns i don’t see y i can’t just tell her them once and she helps me, after spending 5 minutes talking to her she said our time was up and quickly rushed me out …… the front receptionist aren’t any help either i overheard them being rude to staff and they don’t even know how to print requisitions….. it’s very unfortunate that this place is getting a bad rep because of the people that work here, why book an appointment in advance when you can probably get served faster as a walk in, such a joke

I was 5 cents short and the lady said * dont worry about it*. Very nice. Products are more expensive than amazon. Doctor wrote prescription so that I could get product for free, but ended up having to pay over the counter price.

This is my go-to pharmacy, Dr. Maged is so professional and very knowledgeable, he takes the time and try to explain the medication. Very happy with the service I always receive when I come in to fill my prescription. The staff is so friendly and they remember their customers pretty well. The are very quick with filling your prescription and if you call ahead they till have you in and out in less than a minute. I highly recommend coming in and trusting them with your health! they have everything you need

I visit this pharmacy because it’s close to my house and my first time there was a decent experience.On another occasion, my dad went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist told him they did not have my prescription, when a few hours earlier, I received a call from the pharmacy telling me my prescription was ready. After my dad came home, he told me he asked the pharmacist for his daughter’s prescription and the pharmacist told him it was not there. I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on and the pharmacist proceeded to tell me he thought my dad was asking for a prescription for someone who was 94 years old rather than for someone born in the year 1994. He apologized and said he realized afterwards he meant the year ’94, rather than 94 years old. I am very confused how anyone can think that my dad, who is in his mid-50s, could have a daughter who is 94 years old…Additionally, I have worked in healthcare and to confirm someone’s age, the question that’s asked is “what is their date of birth?” and never “how old are they?” If the pharmacist simply states he made a mistake, I can accept that, but I cannot accept him fabricating a BS story.More recently when I went to pick up my prescription, there were 2 pharmacy assistants present behind the counter and neither of them were wearing face masks. When I asked them why they were not wearing face masks, one of the assistants said “No, we don’t need” while pointing at the plastic partitions. I told them I understand there are plastic partitions but the top and sides remain exposed. I am always disappointed to see people not following protocols put in place for the COVID-19, especially this time because these people were healthcare workers. Although they gave me a $2 discount, I will be going to a different pharmacy going forward, as my last visit there was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.*To be clear, my dad does not have a "problem." He has an accent...just like you and everyone else working at this pharmacy but he has no issues speaking English. If what you're saying is the truth (which it is not), a person with common sense would have asked for more information like the month/day of birth or phone number to verify the individual.As far as I'm aware, wearing a face mask in indoor public spaces has been a requirement since July 2020. All pharmacies I have seen have plastic partitions that cover the entire counter/dispensary area and apart from your pharmacy, I have NEVER seen the workers behind the counter without masks.I appreciate your time in providing me a response, but I will no longer be coming here every month for my prescriptions.

My uncle is not feeling well and after a 2 hour wait for a PHONE CALL in the parking lot of Mi Clinic Medical Centre, described his symptoms (trouble swallowing and feeling weak) and was told by Dr. Ali to “stop eating spicy food.” He then proceeded to tell my uncle to get himself a family doctor before hanging up. Dr. Ali did not bother to give any other suggestions on what to do and considering everything going on in the world right now, you would think he would have a little bit of empathy as a doctor. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

At the pharmacy, cashier shelvesThey put a lot of Candiesand my daughter over 2 years keeps bring All Candies to eatI can’t control her ,she makes me stress, how can I sit more than one hour following my daughterI bought for her ,but she keep bringing another oneMay be some child’s has an allergic,It’s not a good way to sell Candies by forcing parents to buy it for their kids
