I took my ram 1500 to MechaniQ to fix a broken axle and had an interaction with the manager in the name Jim. Jim was amazing he was very nice and polite and was able to get my truck in and fixed within a day and even gave me a ride home after dropping it off at the shop since I had no idea to get back home. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future issues.

I’ve been going to this mechanic for years, and they continue to exceed my expectations! Not only do they offer great prices, but the detailed report they generated for my car was impressive. It included clear pictures and descriptions of the issues, which really helped me understand what needed to be fixed. I felt like I could trust them completely, and it's so rare to find that in a mechanic. My whole family brings their cars here, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend them for their honesty, transparency, and quality work!

I would like to thank the staff here for helping me out with my vehicle. For months I've been going around to different mechanics and paid so much money but the problem persisted. My dad referred me to Mechaniq at Winston Churchill and in my first appointment they were able to figure out what the problem was. They took good care of us provided excellent customer service and fixed the car in reasonable price. I amhappy I brought my car here and will highly recommend everyone to visit them at least once to see yourself what a great place this is. FYI, the shafts of my car were damaged that caused my car to shake when I drove at 80 and above. Now the ride is smooth!

Very pleased with my latest experience at the MechaniQ site on Winston Churchill in Mississauga. Though out of their regular type of work, their mechanic Mike was able to troubleshoot my motorcycle, and get it back on the road better than ever! Still very happy to give them my business.

You were very rude yelling at me because I knew I didn't take my wearing out winter tires as you so described them as opposed to apologize when you found out the mistake was on your you decided to go very low I believe customer service training is in order !!! They missed place my almost new winter tires and got no help or resolution was just yelled at. Secondly took my car in for a noise at the back $2,300 later. That's when they're going to diagnose the problem which will cost me another almost $400

Service manager Jim Catsibris helped me with my vehicle in late August. Not only were the repairs done quickly, but the repairs were done correctly. Jims excellent customer service trickled down to his employees as a perfect place to take your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else.
