Highly recommend this shop. All mechanics are ver Knowledgeable and they don’t sell you stuff you don’t need like most shops nowadays. Been going here for years and would never bring my vehicle anywhere else.

I have no idea why I have never written a review for this place... I have used McDonald’s Service Centre my whole life (as a driver), and I continue to use them because I love the way they do business and I credit them for keeping my car running smoothly on the road... even after many years, I am happy to keep going to them for any vehicle issues I have. Just this past week, they have gone above and beyond my expectations and they continue to help me when I come to them, recently helping me out when I really needed it.They are a smaller operation, but it gives the place a more personalized feel to it. They have an awesome team. Although they are very wise regarding car-related matters, it is always so pleasant to speak to the people at that place. And I find them very open about issues, and I have listened to their recommendations and taken their advice for years and years now, and I do not regret it at all. I trust them with my car.As an F.Y.I., I have always driven older cars, and at times, it has not been easy to keep them well-maintained. It has been my experience that this place puts in the time to rectify any problems that come up. This is possibly because my older vehicles have provided more challenging problems... but regardless, I prefer their meticulous approach because I feel assured that they are taking the time to make sure everything is done right. And at every step of the way, I am consistently contacted to make sure I am aware of what needs to be done. I have heard stories of mechanics that are quick to get a car in, and get it out ASAP to work on the next car that comes to them, but I have been very satisfied with this place because of their personal touches. And their solutions have been ones that have seemingly worked well for me.I find them to be very reasonable as well compared to other mechanics in the G.T.A. And even when I have gone to other mechanics (due to the close proximity of my car to the closest mechanic after a problem immediately comes up), I’ve never felt the same level of service, engagement, care, and consideration as with the folks at McDonald’s Service Centre.I have thanked them many times over the years, and for anyone who needs a great vehicle mechanic team, I recommend them very highly.

Great group of mechanics. They do a quality job. Mark is my mechanic of choice, but all are very competent. I take both my truck, and my wifes SUV to them and never have any doubt that they are doing work that is needed, or worry about the safety of the repairs. Lori in the front office is wonderful. Great phone manner and seems to keep the place running right! Would highly recomend them!
