Took my Chevy Cruze into the Meadowale Town Centre location in Mississauga. They were unable to fix the leak after I dropped off the Car the First time and spent $1600 on Coils and spark plugs. Second time I brought it in which is 90km later. They found the leak. They ordered a gasket kit they found online to repair it. It cost me another $650 .Mechanic told me he ran the car for 2 hours after the repair which I believe since my gas tank went from full to empty. No Leak. I picked up my car and it seemed fine. First time starting up mabe 2 days later it sounded terrible. I drove it to work (5km drive) and on my way home the no oil pressure turn your car off sensor came on. So I took it back to master mechanics to see what's up. They informed me it just the oil sensor and they had also found a small leak in another gasket. So I paid another $640 for the repair bringing me past 3 grand now. I pick up the car and take it home. Drive the car a few time back and forth from my work and Bam Low oil pressure sensor comes on again. So I take the car back to Master Machanic and without them even moving my car they informed me that my head gasket is blown and my engines toast. So I spent over 3 grand to try and have them fix a leak and they blew my engine in the process.

Your Email address is wrong. Secondly I came into your shop the first time and my main reason for being there was to repair the leak and the work that CT did. That and the work that CT did. Your employees were well aware of this as we had a lengthy conversation. The entire issue with the car in the First place was the Leak. I even showed a video of it. CT could not fix the leak and repaired things that didn't need repairing thats why I was able to get a refund from them. This is why I brought my car into you folks. I returned the parts back to CT that you took out after the first visit. All of this information was shared with your team. My engine ran fine after you fixed the coils and valve cover that CT fixed with after market parts.(CT fixed all this thinking it would fix the leak and it did not) First repair was fine, engine ran fine. Only issue was it still had the leak. Second time I bring the car in with the same leak issue you find it and a patch kit for the leak online and told me it will do the trick. The car was never the same after that repair. Engine sounded terrible on start up the moment I picked it up. And after That my low oil pressure light came on and I took the car right back to you. you guys replaced the oil sensor and another gasket that was a "3 outta 10" on the oil leak worry factor. And after that repair it was still a mess. Low oil pressure light came on with in the First 50km, engine sounded terrible on start up. I drove that car less then 200km between all three repair dates. And as a result my engines blown. "Cruze Blues" As your front desk employee called it when I walked in the door the First time. I should have known from that point. Bad luck for me and an overall poor job by this mechanic shop. Had no problem taking my money but a real problem with a leak. Like how did you miss the other leaks while looking for the leak. On a clean engine none the less. I paid for multiple oil changes during this process. And you squeezed me for and Oil sensor and gasket. The engine had 134 000km.

Amazing and kind people is an understatement. I arrived in a panic as i had a hole my tire and they took me right in as they could see how upset I was. I was in and out under 30 mins. Great and fair price with a hard working kind staff to go with it. I will be spreading the word about this hidden gem! Thanks again

My rear brake hose got cut and I had no rear brakes in my truck. I was driving with my family to the Maritimes for our vacation in two days. I phoned them in the morning and they said to bring the car in and they ordered the part and had the job done by the afternoon! The service is incredible and they have only top-notch mechanics so you know the job is done right. On top of that the cost of the repair was very reasonable. They are very honest people. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are the best in the city!

My Mazda needed some serious help with a new clutch, brakes all round and some other stuff. These did an amazing job and my 14 year old car runs like new. This is the place to go if you need some work done on your vehicle. You will be well taken care of by their excellent service.

Something broke on my car and I sent it to this master mechanic, I was sure my car was gonna need a huge repair. They fixed it up and had this ready within a few hours. Master Mechanic Meadowvale has got to be the most honest reliable mechanic in Mississauga.
They are always kind and curious, and I have never felt better leaving my vehicle in their care.

I have taken my vehicle in here to be serviced before and never had a problem.
However, yesterday I went in to just ask a question about my traction light staying on, after I just had a hitch and wiring installed.
And I Was more than willing to bring it to them to have a look at, and was going to go back next week. But after thinking of how I was spoken to, I decided not to go back.
I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE SEEN THAT DAY!!! they were very busy, and I believe they were under the assumption I wanted to be seen immediately, and maybe that's why they were stressed out when I came in, but that's no excuse to be rude, and that's the reception I received.
I was only asking a question if they knew what it could and to arrange bring it in.
Because of that, I will not be going back to them for anything. I will not tolerate rudeness.

I used this place twice in the last 18 months or so . The first time around, I had to mechanically certify a trike, 2010 ( Bombardier ) Canam spider RT With a manual transmission , which I bought in Quebec so the used vehicle from there, automatically does not come with a mechanical safety for registration in ONTARIO.
Everything went well, absolutely no drama, which I really like.
The second time around, I used them for doing a DOT inspection and a 36 day safety , for a spare vehicle ,a 2010 Volvo XC90, which I had to Safety in order to sell it, as a used vehicle.
The first time around , with the trike ,
it was regular transaction, the trike had very low mileage, around 4900 km at the time of purchase, the Previous single owner had not used it very much obviously, so there was nothing out of ordinary.
Last week , The third week of March 2024, I had to deal with the Volvo XC90, a spare vehicle, which I parked at the Transport/heavy truck mechanic shop,
where I do repairs for my small transport fleet, so we can get a ride/ transportation when we drop one of our trucks for service and repairs, which is about half an hour away from the main yard where the trucks are based out of.
I was very impressed with the amount of detail they put into it, apart the major stuff which is brakes and the rest of it.
They did some of the total work for a few hundred dollars for extra little things, which I highly appreciate, even I no longer own that vehicle,
Work that was missed , even in some very prestigious shops I used earlier in the last few years with Volvo XC90,
which is a type of vehicle you have to find a specialized shop to deal with, because high-end European vehicles not everybody ( shops) want to deal with them.
When the job was finished with Volvo XC90, I needed attention for some small little adjustment which they rectified within an hour and half to Full functionality.
I don’t really know anybody by name there in the shop, because I dealt with them twice only.
I certainly was impressed with the professionalism as a small mechanic shop.
The willingness to deal with little details, which is high in my agenda.
Also, everything came within the budget I had in mind.
It’s worth mentioning they are also very friendly, which helps.
For the people around the area at Meadowvale town center, personally I would highly recommend this shop for all kinds of small vehicle repairs and Service.

Back at MM for a regular TLC service that only Mark & his team can provide - its been 25 years now taking all my cars (brand new & used) to Mark - seems just like yday when I got a flyer from MM when we first moved here - but I have a bone to pick with Mark - his team always beats mine at the finals, but watch out Mark - the T20 World Cup is in June, and down south LOL!And thanks Byron for all your help today!2023:I've always been a fan of Mark (the owner), and today's visit proved it again - Tyler was oh so helpful & fixed my issue in a jiffy and Craig as usual was kind - Mark's team is just like The Avengers!Service: General repairs & maintenance
