The employees there were super nice and very helpful. I had placed a bag on hold and was not able to pick it up the same day. They were so kind when I called and told me not worry and still held it for me until I could pick it up.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Got the snapshot shoulder bag. Really good collection and different colour variety. We didn’t get a new piece as they didn’t had any more black bags but overall good experience.
