Fairly straightforward experience. I was picking up a product I had ordered and had shipped with manitolin; I called before pickup to confirm it was available and at the time the product had been accidentally loaded out for delivery. The product was returned back to the warehouse and I was able to pick up first thing the following morning. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle things and I felt that they handled this professionally as could be.

To be precise to clear that 5 star just because of Jas and Shawn two people only. Because they gave me undefinable support. But with Company behaviour and policy I will not give even 1 start. Finance department and management is highly unprofessional and rude. So I recommend that if you will see Jas and Shawn than only go with this company otherwise go for better option.

Trucks pull out of depot and completely disregard traffic on Shawson. Fleet is powered by the same engines that run a lawn mower.

This is how freight is treated at this terminal. It is sad that a company like manitoulin gives contracts to Drakkar, i am a drakkar employee. BRENT DAMBROSIO is the reason i am posting this. I used to think people switch jobs for money only. But now I believe most people are looking for RESPECT and MENTAL peace. BRENT respects drivers when work is busy but shows them the policy book when its slow. Drakkar also pressures and blackmails employees to delete negative reviews off of google(sahilpreet @maria melo). There used to be a position for driver Coordinator but now its brent . There used to be a safety manager but now its Brent(dictator). A guy who doesn't even have his AZ license is a safety manager?. Drakkar has nothing to lose they are saving money, but manitoulin equipment and freight are getting damaged by new drivers . I believe Manitoulin is a great company , but you guys gave a contract to a crooked company. I will delete this review when i see my concerns dealt with.

It’s a great freight company and can’t beat the prices… 1/2 of what I would have paid with purolator … I had 9 boxes that I was going to put on a palette… manitoulin picked up not on a pallete and they put on a pallet at their warehouse…. Can’t recommend them enough… glad I found them…and shipping times very good
