I went to two Rona stores in Brampton . very negative approach. I called this Mississauga store and Benji helped me to locate the vanity I was looking for . I confirmed that this store have my vanity , he said yes ! I drove there and ask customer service. They called Benji and I told him I am the one called for Vanity . He said yes ! With no minutes he got my order and not only looked for it but made it ready for me in cart. Such a excellent experience whereas Brampton Steeles location was discouraging us that this vanity is discontinued don’t drive to Mississauga staff is less on Sunday . Benji thanks a lot for your help and you got 100/100 . I tried to scan the code but I couldn’t make to do that. But I will always come to this Rona Store having Benji like staff there.

Ordered an item online and chose the express delivery as it stated I would get it same day. Didn't go out all day waiting. Today is Sunday and I moved all my appointments till today to enable me take delivery so will not be home today Sunday . Pretty sure they will show up today when I am not home and leave item outside and I will need help getting it to my floor (live in a unit) very frustrating, first time ordering. Annoying thing is Home Depot is 200m away from me just wanted to try them out. Total waste of money for express. Purpose defeated Don't promise what you can't do

I went to customer service to pick up a grill, and was told to wait 15 minutes for a manager because they didn’t know where the grill was (???). The associate at customer service - Narali - was incredibly rude with a negative, condescending, and generally unpleasant attitude for absolutely no reason. It is strange to me that she would behave disrespectfully in an unprompted fashion, but even stranger that management would put someone like that in a customer service position. Overall was a -1/10 experience. This location should hire staff more selectively and train them appropriately. Also, totally would understand the need to conduct layoffs in this economy

Always understaffed. Takes forever to find a staff member to help. Most staff don’t have enough product knowledge. Please hire more people!

Waited 45 minutes for 10 fence posts. Manager who helped had no product knowledge or basic math. I showed him the SKU# from website, the posts were not stocked up on rack. So he directed a forklift wrongly at 2 different products that were clearly too big. If i hadn't spoken up i would've been there all day. Received product, loaded up and they all had the barcodes peeled off. 2 managers were aware of missing barcodes.
You can guess what happened at checkout...
Hopefully i don't have to return them and deal with incompetency again.
-I asked manager to measure posts since all barcodes were missing and he was guessing on product. Let's hope he knew how to use a tape measure.

Phenomenal customer experience!
The place is not only far more aesthetic and inviting than other brick and mortar sellers, but my experience with the staff at this location was outstanding!
I purchased 19 units of an item but only ended up using 17. When I returned the remaining two for a refund, I noticed the refund amount per item was lower than what I originally paid. It turned out that the item in question had since gone on sale. After they spoke with the line manager, the customer service representative not only adjusted the refund for the two returned items but also applied the sale price to my entire order of 19 units, refunding me the difference!
Incredible! What a way to build customer loyalty!

Pathetic, two employees didn’t even find clip to install mdf shelf in Cabniets… what a waste of time. That’s why parking lot was empty and home depot always full. Seems like no interest in keeping open another Canadian business. 12 Sept 2024.
Thanks for reply however there must be some basic knowledge to work at big box home renovations store. I used to get better service once this was Lowe’s. Please have some team meeting with this location and share customer experience as shared by many. Thanks again
