The deepfry section of the fried chicken is very good and the best is the staff are very helpful and nice customer service.

they added gates at the front and it is terrible. there is only one gate you can enter, one way. and you cannot return your cart as you leave, because if you want to return it, you have to enter the one-way gate and suddenly you will be back in the store. this makes it super congested as soon as you walk in (full of abandoned carts that cannot be returned). i can imagine it's extra stress/ work for the employees too. i had to go to the customer service desk the other day, and because of the new barracades, you have to walk through the whole store rather than directly to the customer service desk.

I like this store, it is very clean and quality items. I often shop here, but today at 5pm I was disappointed with some cashier. Her name was Liina or something similar and was at the express cashier 1, she had a very bad attitude and was mean to me. I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't say anything wrong, and she didn't greet me at all or say goodbye like how cashier's should and she had a bad expression on her face. She doesn't seem to understand that there are other people who are shopping around and that maybe she has a problem with people. The cashier and customer shouldn't be like that and the cashier should be polite by saying thank you for shopping here, and for me people like her shouldn't work as customer service because the customer isn't supposed to feel uncomfortable because I don't know what she had a problem with. I hope someone do something with that because it's not appropriate and professional.

I enquired about items a few times and even though the floor service team members were able to direct me, I couldn’t but help but feel (on most occasions) they would rather be finishing what they were doing (stocking items) than giving me full attention. In contrast, I use the self checkout and find the service team there consistently helpful and friendly

Loblaws at Heartland is a favourite, a place to grab hot food and delicious salads. They have natural and organic products and vegetables, a bakery making delicious cakes. The tobacco shop is closed and the dry cleaner isn’t there anymore. There are seats and presentation room upstairs where you can eat and washrooms available.
