Extremely rude cashiers. When we were examining a bottle of alcohol in front of the cashier line, they yelled at us to hurry up and get in the line even though we weren't buying yet. Once checking out and checking what the policies were with her regarding buying alcohol, she made a racist remark ("this isn't how we do things here in Canada, maybe you should get used to it") after I have been here for over 20 years. Lovely store layout and non-cashier staff. Store is very clean though.

Poor customer service. Although the store itself is clean and well organized, the cashier was very rude and unprofessional.

I guess robots work here. A word smile might have been wiped out from all the cashier’s memory chip who works here. Who cares anyway, I find what I need. In and Out in 3 mins.

Terrible customer service. Went there in evening 2 old ladies were there, one on stocking and one cashier. Asked her for a paper bag she said that i need to buy a bigger bag cus they’re out of the paper ones and l saw her she was trying to hide the paper bags. And the associate who was stocking she was rude too. 0/0 for customer service. Idk why this thing doesn’t have a option for 0 star.

I went there to return a bottle of Arak because it has weird taste, and I have my receipt and I have the card I made payment from ,but the lady working there just refused for no reason

I had a very terrible experience with an older cashier named Claude or Claudette. As I was trying to make a return with a defective 6 pack of beers, she said in front of several other paying customers in line (several times loudly as well), "I'm not taking that back, it's obvious that you drank it." I told her that she can check but the seals ARE INTACT and who would return half opened beers? She was extremely rude and condescending to me, and then I proceeded to ask her to call her manager, who did in fact refund me. This is no way to treat a paying customer, and I do not appreciate the fact that she tried to intimidate me due to my age (21). The rest of the staff is very helpful and I've never had a problem with them but this was extremely poor customer service.
