Exceptional LCBO! Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This location has a huge selection, and because of it's size benifits from an amazing selection of high-end products that I tend to dip into from time to time. Great work guys!

This is the worst LCBO I have ever visited.Customer service is worst in this store. Employee don’t even know what is valid and what is not. I think he should be trained well.

Really bad customer service by The Employee name BIKAS. Did racism even I am showing my valid driving licence. He started talking rude then he told if he want to refuse the id he can, doesn’t matter its valid or not. He made this issue even we tried to explain its valid proff and straight told me that i am not going to sell this liquor. Really. bad bad bad customer service.

We faced racism the employee name is BIKAS location is royalwindsor and southdown LCBO. evne after showing a valid licence he refused to give liquor and had a bad behvaiour and told us if he don’t want to give liquor he will not. Even we tried to expalin him that what was the issue because we both have valid driving licence. Really bad experience and behviour with this employee.
