I came all the way from winnipeg, I bought a ring, stones were missing. I noticed as soon as I got home. Called to ask if I can come next day, they said yes. Showed up and shop was closed, wasted 60 km of gas just to get there. Next day was my flight back, I texted Ali to see if he can just send me the missing stones but he didn’t reply to me and ignored all my messages. Beyond frustrated, worst customer satisfaction. Now I sit with a ring with missing stones all the way in winnipeg.

These guys are honestly the kindest and most honest on the strip of jewelry stores on airport road. They have so much variety to offer and the designs are beautiful. I would buy all my jewelry in future from here as well!

Worst experience to buy gold from there.we bought a chain from there and it broke up in single wear and from last year we are visinting there to exchange and watever they are giving to us is again of very poor quality.i will never recommend to anyone to go there.all these guys are fraud.rude behaviour with clients.mjust sit there for money making.always have the same dialogue that we are out of stock and the new stock is coming within few days.I request you to please never ever to go there.there shop should be closed.they dont know customer services.

Cheaters !!! Avoid them altogether. Someone had recommended them to us but we feel that their quality of product, level of service was way below par. They’d even cheated us by giving a polished ring (after 2 months delay) with bad finish and spots.

Called before going to the shop to see if there open. They advised they are open. Got there and they would not let me in. They started showing jewelery from the window of the shop. I was really disappointed, store should of advised on phone that we are open but no one can come inside.

The guys were good and friendly but the quality of the jewellery was poor . Bought two bracelets both broke after one wear . And finally lost one after getting it repaired from the same place . The second is now broken for the second time .
