I had a good experience at Lazy-boy located at heartland. Victoria was helpful in providing customer service. Nav, the store manager, was also helpful in this process. We don’t have the sofa set yet, but I do recommend this store if you are looking for furniture.

My purchase of a sofa was a most pleasant experience! Victoria was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with selecting colour. I couldn’t believe she was a rookie! I highly recommend dealing with LazyBoy and look forward to future purchases.

Recently my wife and I were shopping for a new sofa and love seat. During our search we visited a Lazy-Boy store and decided to take a look even though we thought that the prices would be over our planned budget.
On entering the store we were warmly greeted by a salesman whose name is Adam. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a number of items while briefing us on all of the options of each one. We asked him many questions and he answered all of them to our satisfaction. He was very patient and never pressured us with suggestions on what he thought would be the best choice for us. When we decided on the model that we wanted he gave us lots of help in selecting color combinations for the pillows.
We would highly recommend this store to our family and friends, and suggest that they ask for Adam when shopping.
