Please beware of the personal training program at this gym. The trainer I got assigned was lazier than me in terms of workouts. She used to introduce me to machines and ask me to watch YouTube videos for workouts. Within a week, I understood that these training sessions were a waste of money.
When I approached the head trainer about cancelling the training program, he asked me to pay approximately $1000 to cancel the plan. This trainer is more interested in selling his personal training package and protein powder than overseeing trainers at this location.
So, please read the entire document before signing the contract. The head trainer here (who is a good salesman) will never tell you anything about the cancellation policy. You have to a pay a good percentage of money for cancellating the plan.
This gym is overcrowded every time. It’s also not well-kept. Washrooms and changing rooms are filthy. It’s good to stay away from this gym.

Both cable chest fly machines have been broken for over a week. As usual, there are always multiple machines broken and repairs take months.

Poor maintenance, 3 showers in ladies section don't work properly for some months (one has only cool water, another has only hot water, 3rd has no shower cap), some sink faucets do not work also. Manager keeps promising to fix issues for months...Poor management= Poor maintenance:((
10 months past - 3 showers still do NOT work!! Zero attempts to improve customer service and maintenance!

Well, the members are apparently scumbags. Went yesterday morning. Now realizing I have no cash in my wallet. We're in town for the weekend and the gym is the only place my wallet was not with me the entire time. Accidentally left my bag out of the locker with my wallet on top of it. My own fault there but it's usually considered common decency to not steal money from people's property. Not exactly LA Fitnesses fault but still leaving a negative review because I'm pissed off.

Be careful from sale persons i went there for annual membership i tapped more than $290 and they explained no need to pay monthly now but after a month they deducted monthly charges again then i cancelled my membership. I got scammed of more than $300 be care-full and ask them term and condition briefly they explain you something nd you get something carefull.

Very helpful staff. I moved away and was not able to get to this gym anymore and the associate and manager was able to help me cancel my membership via phone because of my circumstance. Thank you guys.

This place is worst.70% machines don't function properly,,,musics are sucks,,,washrooms always dirty,,,sometimes water on the walking floor for hours and hours,,,,cleaners r careless,,,lights r not functioning properly,,,lack of equipments,,,
Money don't worth here,,,full waste of money.

Beware of this Fitness Center’s Personal Training Program!
If you're considering purchasing personal training sessions, please review everything carefully. The personal training contract was separate from the main agreement, and unfortunately, I wasn’t informed about this upfront by the general manager.
I later discovered that some trainers had deducted more sessions than I actually attended. Their system showed that I had completed sessions when I hadn’t even been there! Be very cautious – your money can disappear quietly if you don't stay on top of it.
It took me three hours to go back and trace each session, only to find these errors. Even though it was their fault, the general manager told me I had to write an email to the Executive Vice President (EVP).
But when I tried to escalate the issue, I was informed that the EVP doesn’t have a phone number or an accessible email, and they don't communicate directly with clients.
I strongly advise against choosing this fitness center! Save yourself the hassle and frustration.

I canceled my LA Fitness membership in May and confirmed twice that it was successfully processed. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged the monthly fee. When I reached out to customer service, they provided a phone number to call, but no one ever picks up. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I just want my membership canceled and a refund for the charges since May, but it seems impossible to get through to anyone who can help.
