I lost my phone so I went to the Telus/Koodo kiosk to get a new one since my phone plan was with Koodo. Mohammad was very helpful and patient and was able to get me a new phone and a better plan.

"Harith A" was clearly not interested in helping us choose the right plan. We ended up buying 2 SIMs with the intention of finding and registering for the plans through the koodo website. Turns out we need koodo account numbers which come along with the SIM/customer agreement and he did not bother providing this number, or asking for our email addresses. Stuck.

The only Koodo shop where staff actually had the knowledge and were able to help me with my request. Service was great, definitely would recommend coming here over any other small kiosks at malls, those ones suck.

Herra Bukhari helped us in installing a new sim which was incorrectly switched from another phone. She went out of the way in finding out the issue and providing us with a new sim. She has a a very positive attitude and is very knowledgeable about the products.

Never buy a refurbished phone from Koodo, they are full of issues, keep breaking, repair process is sluggish, they take forever to repair and phone comes back with same or a different issue. Never again.
