Manager very rude, bought a stainless steel pot from there "twice" both had damages after boiling water in them. She refused to refund us the pot and claimed she could clean the damages but didn't and then proceeded to ignore us and leave us there when we asked her for a refund on this damaged pot.
Extremely disrespectful and rude. Will not be coming here again. Will also be contacting the company directly for this.

Went to the store at 10am when it opened to return something, only to be told that I have to wait until 10:30 am for a second associate to show up to work so that I can complete my return. I don’t know why you would open the store but not be fully operational at the opening time. Such a disappointment in service.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I had a terrible experience returning an item from the Erin Mills location. The product I was returning was bad quality and I explained to the cashier that was the reason for my return. The cashier, Maria, handled the situation terribly and disrespected me, claiming that I had used the product when I hadn’t. In the end, she refused to process my return and I left the store as a very upset customer. I will not be returning to purchase any more items from Kitchen Plus and will tell everyone about my terrible customer service experience here.

Very bad experience. Will not buy from here again. The store manager came off as very disrespectful to myself + my wife. The store itself, was not pleasing at all. Very dark and gloomy. Could not find anything I needed.

I'm glad I'm not the only one complaining about the store manager here (Nav). Being rude for just asking plastic covers after buying things worth 220+. First she says the boxes won't fit in the covers so we can't give, when I said it looks like it could fit - "We work here, we know it won't fit". Then we showed that it could indeed fit. Then comes a response " we can't give 10 covers" exaggerating what we didn't ask for. She walks away and then the other store person says we don't have covers left.
Please relook on how you handle your customers - especially the store manager.
I loved the shop, I was telling my wife we should come here often. And then all this happened. Such a distasteful experience which could have been easily avoided.

Reasonable price for bowls, soup bowls, and dishes. Quality is so good. Got pancake / roti tawa. Not going anywhere else for my crockeries.
