Called in to ask a basic question in regards to Canada post services, and was met with a very rude response. However service was much more friendly and helpful when I actually went to the store. Quality of service seems to change depending on who you get, or perhaps whether you are actually in the store or calling in. Either way would give 2.5 if I could.

Today, I went in to grab a water and noticed they have postal boxes and a Canada post office here too! So, now I know where I can mail some birthday gift cards to my family.I spoke to the friendly clerk, Hawk, who gave me assistance right away. He even gave me a few suggestions about the local area.Kim’s Convenience is a hidden gem right off Watline Avenue in Mississauga. I did not have to wait for service like I usually do at the Canada post outlet at any of the nearby, Shopper’s Drug Mart stores.

They started a TV show based on this convenience store. The show was hilarious and of of the actors ended up being Shang Chi in Marvel. The overall store has everything you’ll need for basics in food, and the service is friendly. Definitely a 5/5 kind of place.

I go to Kim’s convenience to mail my packages and the lady at the counters is very friendly and upbeat. It’s a pleasant experience every time. She is just nice and pleasant to deal with. I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences at the post office in the shoppers drug mart on Hurontario and Eglinton. The clerk named Husna is unbelievably rude and nasty and grumpy. I recommend highly this outlet to mail your packages.
