An amazing place! We purchased a K&B custom design rug and are thrilled with our new piece. The craftsmanship and pattern are exquisite; it adds both a tasteful vibrance and tranquil comfort to our living space. The experience here is unparalleled in the GTA because of the variety, quality and the staff. Nadeem and Arzish care so deeply about their family business and made us feel like family as well, which is what we will remember most.
They have more knowledge and experience than other stores as rug production and care has been their family trade for hundreds of years (they have a very cool, antique loom in their store which has been handed down from generation to generation). They are masters of their craft.
Beautiful rugs and even better people. If you deserve a fine rug, they deserve your business.

Customer service is second to none. Products are of high quality in various styles. I will buy from here again. Don't cheap out. Rugs are one the first things you notice in a room. I went to over 12 places and KB is the best. Again, I cannot say enough about the customer service.

Fast & efficient service, very responsive and accommodating staff. Cleaned up any water spots from his equipment, changed to indoor shoes, and very polite. Would use again for carpet cleaning & would recommend to family/friends.

Sent in my rug for cleaning to get rid of the rug smell. The person advised me he would be able to get rid of the smell. Price was fair, $97+tax for 5x9. Told me the cleaning would take a week.
A week passed and no response. A few days later on Monday I gave them a call and they told me it would be ready the next day (Tuesday). They called back the same day and then told me it would be ready for Friday. I went in on the Sunday to pick it up and the rug was still wet/damp and smelled. The person who unwrapped my rug stepped on my rug as he was unwrapping it leaving a foot mark. He told me because it was not handmade they couldn't get rid of the smell and clear water damage to the rug. He said he tried to fix it, and then tried to sell me one of his rugs.
Unbelievable, that I had it washed and the smell was even worse than when it first went it. On top of that it was wet/damp. I threw out the rug because the smell was unbearable.

I dealt with Arsal at KB and Carpet Cleaners. Such a kind, patient man and a delight to deal with. We were very pleased with the end results of our hand woven Persian area rug. We will be definitely using his services in future and if anyone I know needs this service. I will definitely be referring his carpet cleaning business to them. Thank-you again Arsal.

I shopped around and found the best price here. We had our carpets cleaned with ease, Arsal picked them up from my house and dropped them off a week later. Great experience!

Had a great experience with this company. Arsal was very efficient and professional, arrived early and worked very hard to get the many stains out of my couch. I have 3 kids and a dog so my couch easily gets very messy.
Also the rate is pretty affordable in my opinion, definitely worth the $$ to save you the time to get a very good cleaning!
