Recently came in looking for a dining table. After spending some time talking with an associate I picked a table that was advertised on the floor only to find out they didn’t have it in stock. I was directed to go to their warehouse (that was already closed might I add) to get this dining table. I asked the same associate to check if any other stores had the table in stock as it would’ve been easier to just grab it same day. Waited an hour on the floor and never saw her again. Frustrated with the customer service is an understatement.

I went to the heartland location
At the mississauga location today. It was my first time visiting this store as well first time shopping at JYSk. The store was completely empty when i walked in around 530 pm on October 28th 2024. There was a blak lady working near the cash area and saw me walk in the store. This lady didn't even acknowledge , or said hi, didn't ask if I needed assistance. I smile at her and said hi but didn't seem to care. She passed me several times as i was walking around the store looking for things to purchase. Iam pretty sure she was some kind of floor manager as I heard her giving directions of what work to be do to the other employees. I walked away without purchasing anythings and I will never go back to JYSk again.
Please teach your employees basic customer service.

Very fair and affordable priced product! As well as great customer service & no pressuring when it comes to sales. They were very quick and helpful when it came to checking out and helping us load the bed frame up, they also were very informative. The bed was very easy to assemble and very good quality for the price point. Love this location the staff is engaging and well trained!

Nice furniture JYSK Store available at Heartland Mississauga. Staff are good and cooperative. They have varieties of products available for sale. Also they do have great finance deals where customers can pay EMI with 0% interest rates within 24 months. They are running their 28th Anniversary sales and few products were on great discounts.

Will the assistant Manager of JYSK Mississauga Heartland store, helped us with the purchase of a sectional couch bed, we were searching for a good on for a while, Infact he helped us schedule the pickup from Hamilton which is much closer to our home, he was kind enough through the whole process and made us feel like home. Thanks again, extremely satisfied.

Shopped here today, curtains and other stuff for my place. VARUNDEEP helped me in my entire visit and she was very kind and patient with me. Recommend everyone to visit JYSK heartland and look for VARUNDEEP. She has a lot of knowledge about textiles/ Threadcounts etc.
