Bad service and it was first time for me to wash and no one helped and one of the team there was walking between the machines and we were asking here for help she said can not help you and the machine was empty from the stuff and she did not help

I had some heavy items that I couldn’t wash at home and stopped by this coin laundry spot. The price to use the biggest washing machine was $10.25. The buttons to select which cycle I wanted were stuck and only after following the machines instructions to lock the door and fully close it did the cycle automatically start. I attempted to locate an employee and after circling around finally someone asked me if I needed help, however not in a polite way. As I tried to explain to the lady she interrupted me, was not very helpful and basically just put the blame on me saying I should have chosen the cycle first. Her approach was quite rude and unwilling to understand the situation I was in. There were no instructions on the machine when to choose the cycle and unfortunately I had to just accept that my heavy duty items were going to get washed on a light cycle (which is not the service I came there to pay for). The cleaning cycle was a mere 35 minutes. She kept insisting that nothing was wrong and it was basically my problem. The whole interaction was mind numbing in all honesty. The cycle did not end up cleaning my items. The staff were flat out rude and kept throwing the blame on me. It was evident that the machine is faulty but they did not want to take responsibility. Many machines were also inoperative. It was not very clean or hygienic. It was a mess inside.

My friend called in advance to confirm their hours since it was Canada day. The man on the phone laughed at her when she asked basic questions about their service. We arrived shortly after 7 and the two staff members seemed confused when we walked in. They were so quick to tell us that they were closed and the last load was at 7:45pm. I checked my phone in that moment and it was 7:30, they wanted to shoo us out of there so fast. When my friend said “we’ll just go somewhere else” only then were they interested in helping us by asking “how many loads do you have?” We’re never going back here again after how rude and poorly the staff treated us as first time users.

Very very expensive compared to others in town and do not clean well. Staff needs customer service training.

I've been here twice. The first time I went, two of the employees were quite helpful and nice. There was another employee who was a bit rude, but since she wasn't the one primarily assisting me, it wasn't really a problem. The second time I went, I could only ask the rude employee for assistance since she was the only one working in the self-service area at the time. I politely asked her for assistance a few times, including for help with the washer settings and the dryer coin slots (which were not working properly). I only needed very brief clarifications and guidance.She was unnecessarily aggressive and very unhelpful each time. Every time she spoke to me, she would just quickly yell a few words in a scolding manner. It was often unclear what she yelled because she wouldn't even look at me and was constantly on the move. I could never ask for clarification because she would immediately walk away afterwards, leaving me in confusion. It was already hard enough just to approach her as she made it very obvious from her facial expressions, her tone of voice, and her body language that she didn't want to give me a second of her time. From the first time I approached her, she treated me like I was a huge nuisance that she was sick and tired of, and she embarrassed me in front of other customers. I was very uncomfortable the whole time I was there.I always give the benefit of the doubt to workers who are passively rude, because I've worked in customer service jobs and I understand how it can make someone appear unintentionally cold. But this worker was actively and intentionally rude. Even on my worst days, I could never imagine treating someone like that. I would have been perfectly fine with just receiving the bare minimum of customer service, but this worker provided me with service a hundred times worse. I will not be coming to this laundromat again, even though it's the closest one to my house.I can see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with this one employee. I don't know if corrective action is simply not being taken by management, or if she's in management herself and is getting away with her poor behaviour as a result. But if nothing is being done about it, then I really hope this worker reflects on her attitude towards others and improves her behaviour. If not for the sake of customers, then at least for the sake of business. And if not even for the sake of business, then at least for her own sake. At some point, you make yourself angrier and more miserable. I'm sorry to all the customers who have been mistreated by her.
