Glad I reached out to JUAC for my car breakdown. They not only helped in towing the vehicle from the dealership (who by the way quoted too high for the repairs without mentioning the cause of breakdown), but also fixed it per my schedule. Shaun explained the issue and advised on what needs to be fixed. Engine replacement was done in lesser cost than the dealership. My car also needed rust proofing and detailing job, which was all taken care of by JUAC. Indeed a 5-star service, thank you!!

John's United Auto Clinic was outstanding in customer service. We were traveling on a road trip from Nova Scotia to the US via Toronto and had car trouble. Shawn went above and beyond all expectations to get us booked in, he called our warranty company (Global) , ordered parts, actually went to get the parts himself, and repaired the vehicle in 24 hours and had us back on the road again and on our way. This company cares about theirs customers, they take care of business and Shawn was exemplary with keeping us informed, telling us exactly what we needed to know and updating us at every steep of the way. I would highly recommend Johns United Auto Clinic to everyone.

I brought in my ‘87 Buick Grand National because of recommendations I had read. It’s a cherished single family car and I had a laundry list of things to have looked at or repaired. Onkar made me feel at ease, sharing tons of knowledge and treated me and my car with respect. He even provided parts from his own supply to finish my work when the part I brought wasn’t the right one. They operate with professionalism and kindness. My GMC Van did not start. it looks like starter was bad, it was making humming noise. I called Shan(mechanic) and asked him to make starter available. I towed the vehicle to his location. After diagnosing he said starter is OK but chip key for ignition is not recognized. I called key maker and get the new key paid $250. Then he said starter is bad and changed with the new one. He charged me $800 to change the starter and I have to pay additional $250 for key. He diagnosed wrong. He choose very good words to make invoice attractive like shop supplies $40, diagnosing electrical system $110,This job can be done in $400 from others instead of paying his wrong diagnose charges and wasting of time. I will never go there

I went to Johns when I was having emergency car trouble. He was professional didn’t use scare tactics and was understanding when the work was taken to the dealer as it was still under warranty. I highly recommend them.
