Whenever I come in I am greeted with a smile and by my name (unlike most other banks). I do all of my banking here and hold my mortgage with them as well. Another great thing about Parama is because as a client you are a part owner of the credit union they return back some of the yearly profits as a bonus payment (% based on interest paid on the loan and interest received on savings). If you do find a lower loan rate at another institution Parama will do it's best to meet or beat it. You just have to ask. Also most services are free of charge like cheques, bank card purchases, etc. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!”
