Very bad quality of gas

I always buy my lotto tickets and gas here and the guy at the counter was not so friendly. I bought tickets yesterday and he didn't give me the change. He just looked at me like waiting for me to leave. I thought I just gave the exact payment but when I got to work, it's like I worke up and realized what happened. Have I been manipulated? Or hypnotized ? Not going back there again. I tried to help because other gas stations are always full and they are big companies and Pioneer is always empty. It's an Indian run station.

Beside of the fact the price is fine
The lady at shift has very bad behaviour with customer. She has bad attitude and just flirting and calling people. Very rude lady. Stay home if you don’t know how to serve people. Don’t make your and other peoples day worse

The lady here is only practicing Intense amount of roughness, rude behaviour with customer and seemed she is out of her mind.
She feels she is at home and can be rude with customers. She should not be working at gas station if she has attitude problem she should not work stay home with her bad behaviour and freaking attitude

The young girl working here at 6:30pm today should fix her attitude if the business plans on thriving. Especially when having a competitor right across the street, I’ll be going there from now on. Her negative attitude has caused many people to never come to this gas station again (see reviews below of the same bad behaviour mentioned by likely the same employee).
A word of advice to management, train your employees on good customer service and not just day to day tasks. Seems like this behaviour is consistent based on reviews, and has not been addressed by management based on our experience today.

girl working there on august 28th at 6:40PM showing horrible attitude.
waited at the pump for 5 mins and she did not activate it. went inside and said pump isn’t working. made me wait for no reason.
she was also cussing at another customer.
will never pump gas here again. horrible business with employees like her

Just drop in here for gas but very much impressed with the girl by name Amrit . The way she was helping the customers and even helped me a lot to explain about the journey card and its facilities . Keep smiling Amrit you made my day and you are an asset to the company .

I love that gas station, nothing complaint about it but yes that lady work in night. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Most of time i saw her she plug in Airpods and talk with someone on call while attending customer. Sometimes she behave rude. Owner must take of it.
Rest sometime i come in morning, everything is good but the problem is with night shift girl

One of my go to gas stations ⛽ ... install the journie app for 3 or 7 off per liter.. when you link it to ur cibc credit card .. very clean.. friendly staff.. no line ups.. washroom ? available..

The woman employee over here very rude and she does not know how to talk to the customers and is always busy on phone delaying the customer request.
