I am a regular customer here . I mostly buy my supplements here . If something isn't available in this store , they get it for me and call me once it's available. Good staff and very responsible.

Staff in supplements or customer service do not have knowledge about products . Very sad to see such people working . Miss the other people, the Indian lady & David who worked at Hoopers in the past .

It's not about pharmacy or Hooper's service. My wife is pregnant and she had an emergency to access your washroom. I don't know why she can't give access to the washroom. As a lady don't you understand this ?? We were literally running at the crossing..

Very nice service people at the pharmacy, and quick response to orders over the phone for pick up. Very helpful I recommend Hooper's pharmacy for people who need Med from over the shelf because the Pharmacy Doctor would give you enough time to choose the best Med from over the shelf and they always have good discounts and products on sale that you can't find anywhere else pharmacies like Shoppers Drug Mart or Walt Mart pharmacies the prices at Hooper's are way cheaper and service way professional

Product and selection is good but Customer service is poor. There is a lot of staff turnover in the Supplements area since David left and consequently, you do not get the care and suggestions especially when you are spending $250+ every 3 weeks. Calls when they are returned, the staff do not leave messages with the information asked for. Sadly they are closer to me but since I do not have a relationship with anyone there, Healthy Planet is a much better experience for me.

Hoopers near to my house was closed on Sunday but I found this center at Lakeshore Blvd open on Sunday too! Great!
Staff is courteous. Location is easy to find. Parking for customers is available. Sent them email with prescription copy and my prescription was ready within few minutes. I do recommend this place if you are looking for generic medicine as well as medicine to be compounded. They are expert for compounding medicine, if you need

I recently started going to this pharmacy when I moved into the area. The staff are great and always take the time to answer any questions you have as well as provide you with information that you may have not thought to ask. Lorena from the pharmacy is amazing and Jon at the cashier is always so friendly. I have no regrets changing my pharmacy. Ty Lucy

This pharmacy has been serving Port Credit for decades. I discovered them after a skin cream I was prescribed was irritating my skin. They determined that it wasn’t the medication itself but the carrier cream that was the problem. I was given three different carrier creams to try including the one I had currently been using. Sure enough it irritated my skin when the other two samples did not. They made a custom mix using one of the carrier cream samples that caused no irritation. Problem solved.
The service is old school, in a very good way. The pharmacists are never too busy to assist in answering any questions. The natural health staff are very good. The selection of great quality natural health products is very good with fantastic pricing. Brands carried include: Designs For Health, Pure Encapsulations, Thorne, AOR and Metagenics to name only a few.
This is a compounding pharmacy (they also fill regular prescriptions)for humans and pets. This is very important to note since there are so few in the GTA. Compounds require at least 48 hours (special creams etc.) so make sure to order with enough time remaining for repeat prescriptions. I’m not aware of any other GTA pharmacies that make compounds for pets.
This pharmacy has an excellent points program as well.
Insurance coverage is accepted. Dispensing fees are competitive.
I strongly recommend Hoopers’s Pharmacy.
