This review is strictly about the customer's washroom facility. I came in around 9:45am -10 a.m., and while there, I visited the washroom. It was very disappointing to see how dirty the washroom was. A large garbage container was full, the toilet seat needed good scrub, the poop was splashed all over the wall and the flush handle, and the sink looked that it hadn't been cleaned for a long period of time. I brought this to the attention of the staff who told me that the washroom was just serviced. How is that possible? Be aware that if this happens again, I will definitely call the Public Health Inspector.

In terms of products- there is a lot of choice. Many good deals on clearance section. Their home decor section in particular has a lot of new stuff as compared to other places.
Staff were not very friendly. Cashiers are busy talking among themselves and pay no attention to you- which kind of ruin the experience.

Google hours state they close at 9 PM. However, I got here for 724PM and the store is already closed. Numerous customers came after me also waiting at the door.

The contact we had was Kevin very accommodating and friendly. It was a little inconvenient to go to the location but you do what you have to do to solve your situation. They were able to repair the issue (battery not holding charge) under the warranty and we're good as new now. Thank you for your service segway.
