To the private message regarding his purchase of a Canadian stone..If a customer wants all Canadian then that’s what we would have sold you.Certified Canadian stones start at .20Anything under that size are can still be Canadian they just are not laser engraved.We also only buy from trusted conflict free diamond dealers.If one of my team members did not explain that correctly we apologize.We have been in business 70 years and we’re sorry if you had a bad experience if you had of called us to discuss we would have made sure to make it right.RegardsHJL

I told the salesperson it was very important for me to buy Canadian diamonds to ensure my purchase was conflict free. I was told by the salesperson after I came to pickup my purchase that only the centre stone was a Canadian diamond and they had no idea where the surrounding diamonds came from. Evidently, with the exception of Australian and Canadian diamonds, most others come from conflict zones in Africa. They are sent to Antwerp, Belgium where they are graded and their paperwork is destroyed. So the diamonds around my centre stone are likely blood diamonds. I also noticed a black mark on the diamond that wasn’t there when I bought it. I was told by the salesperson “that’s what you get for the level of diamond you bought.” Then I flicked off the black mark with my fingernail and was told “oh, it must have been left there by the jeweller during the setting process.” Totally rude and incompetent staff.

A friend highly recommended this store so I went today. The store is bright and easy to navigate. So many different designers and styles of jewelry. They also have a nice selection of clothing and accessories at the rear of the store. Loved the selection, the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was nice that I had the opportunity to meet the owner as well. I’d recommend visiting if you are looking for quality, unique gifts for others (or yourself). 5 stars for quality of product, experience and service.

I highly recommend this store. Lori and her staff are very friendly, accommodating, professional, kind, and make a person feel comfortable and welcomed. The store was recently updated with modern, classy, elegant decor. There are many beautiful jewellery items with an assortment of different styles and latest trends. I had custom engagement ring redone and it was stunning!!! I received so many compliments and some women who saw it wanted the same. I also bought other jewelry here, and again, continue to receive compliments on those. The jewelry items I purchased here for friends and for my mother were loved by all of them and continue to be enjoyed. The store also carries beautiful women's elegant fashionable casual wear, and those too are in the latest trends per season. Again, I receive many compliments when I wear them. Both the jewelry and the clothing lines are high quality, reasonably priced and good value. I love this store, Lori and her staff!
