Most ridiculous policy I encountered today at this location. They would not remove a dress from the manequin for me to try on for size because their display had to stay on for at least another 2 weeks! They only had two of these dresses in the store, one on the rack that was 2 sizes too big on me and the other was on the manequin (the size I wanted to purchase)! Shame on you for this policy at this location. Your sales associate was so embarrased to tell me this and was very uncomfortable with this whole encounter. Clearly this location's manager doesn't care about customers, because they know that in two weeks they will pull the dress off the display, discount it and sell it regardless. Shame on you! ZERO stars if I had that choice!!!

Forced me to take a store credit because my original card was compromised and I have a new debit card. Not the best policy and they wanted me to give them bank statements as proof, I’m not here to take out a mortgage just getting a small refund. The manager was incredibly aloof and just shrugged me off when I asked if anything could be done. If it wasn’t for their attitude I wouldn’t bother to leave a review but it rubbed me the wrong way.

Well organized and have good stuff on the shelves. I wish young kids they hired put more attention to work than talking to each other, overall it’s not bad don’t want to rate them less because of that.

The store doesn't have much variety of men's clothing. I asked one of the store associates if the store carries "Sports Jacket." She had no idea what that was. ?Also, the store didn't have half-sleeve dress shirts for office use. This was a bit disappointing.

Very clean and organised store. Staff was friendly and guided us through. Even though we went on a weekend but experience was very good. Would highly recommend this store over Bramlea store.

I absolutely love this store. Loads of great clothing in lots of sizes. All the staff in the changeroom and at the cash are lovely. However there was a young male with long dark curly hair working in the changeroom who made me feel very uncomfortable. He was extremely rude. He refused to speak to the customers, not just me as he was far too busy flirting with his colleagues. I am sorry to post this but the manager needs to know.

The tall lady in black tee and khaki pants with the ponytail and purple clip was being extremely rude, mean and slightly racist to a south asian lady with a kid. I understand it’s the end of the shift but that still doesn’t give you the right to be so demeaning. Can the manager act upon this and train them?

2 staff working cash while line up to pay out to almost the fitting room at the back… reallocate your resources so the lineups aren’t massive… maybe other staff who are folding/clearing can chip in. This is why online shopping wins
