DONT RECOMMEND. The most unprofessional location yet.. as I was buying the bag I pointed out to Ashish how flimsy the zipper looked and he assured me that Gucci has the best quality of products.. my bag broke within the second time I wore it, took it in for repair they said 8-12 weeks, then they said 12-14 weeks, and it still exceeded their provided time and they still have no clue when it’ll be fixed/when I’ll receive my bag and their manager today tells me “at least we didn’t charge you” like lol I PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR YOUR FLIMSY PRODUCT AND I WOULDNT MIND PAYING FOR A PROPER EXPRESS SERVICE AND FOR YOU NOT TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT. Also the manager was talking to someone else as I’m trying to have this conversation she’s so unprofessional. I expect my bag to be fixed PROPERLY and brought back asap, waiting for a part is no excuse for a big company such as Gucci I would’ve gone to Italy and back 3 times now. This has been the most uneasy and frustrating experience.My review might be updated depending on how they resolve this issue.

Great experience with Ash. He helped me with my husbands gift. I was looking for a specific size belt and style. They didn’t have the size I was looking for. I wasn’t really liking the other styles on display so he went to check the back. We found a reversible belt which I think he will like even better and it’s his size. So he saved me a trip to another Gucci store & gave me more options which I loved. I will post a picture of his belt when he opens his gift.

Disappointed in the overall service provided but since this location was close to my place of residence I proceeded to make a purchase. The staff was rude and had very little knowledge of the products they were selling. I asked them how I should care for the bag and they were not even able to guide me on how to do so. If a company is selling products worth thousands of dollars the employees should be able to provide some basic information regarding the products at the very least. I do not think I'll be purchasing from Gucci anytime soon, not from this location anyway.

The most unprofessional place ever I took a bag to get fixed and they were so non chalant about everything and didn’t explain anything I asked in detail or barley at all, I lost a screw on my bag and they acted as if it’s a normal thing and when I asked they said not really? Then said I have to pay 180$ for charges.. gucci has gone so downhill especially this place for customer service.

Just wanted to share my experience visiting your store on my birthday this weekend and the disgusting treatment I got from one of your associates. I was browsing Holt Renfrew with my sister and decided to venture into the Gucci accessories area. I was 'greeted' by an associate who I thought was security at first. He was wearing a mask, had a slight tan and maybe in his 30s. He asked how I was doing to which I replied "I'm doing ok". He said "Just ok?" and I thought that was a bit weird to ask for an employee and not a friend. I went about my business and looked at some of the Marmont bags, which I was interested in purchasing. I was checking them out with my sister but noticed that that he was standing right beside us, without asking if I needed any help or anything by the way. I really hate it when people follow, hover or stand by me in stores because it makes me think that they are trying to keep a close eye on me for the wrong reasons. I decided to leave but talk to my sister about how I felt right outside the store. He came out and asked me if something was wrong and I told him the issues I had. He proceeded to argue with me, quite loudly might I say which was very surprising. I was not yelling myself. This man was convinced that he was in the right, that he had asked me if I needed help twice and that he wasn't hovering. The fact that he was busy arguing with me outside of the store was just disgusting to be honest. I felt berated and insulted with the way he was trying to talk to me like I'm a yardie. I've never visited this particular location and certainly will NOT be returning after this negative experience of being disrespected and racially profiled.

Extremely happy with my experience here. The sale associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with me as I was deciding on a new wallet and showed me all the different options in store. After I decided on the wallet I want, I started looking at some purses. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled out the exact purse I’ve been eyeing. It wasn’t on display, so I thought they didn’t have it in store. I ended up purchasing both items and the process was flawless. I highly recommend this location for your shopping needs. I will definitely be back as I will be needing a Jackie 1961 pouch soon.

I went today to the Gucci accessories section in Holt Renfrew and notice that not all the Gucci sales representative were busy aiding costumers. In other words, a sales representative should have asked me if I needed assistance since they had nothing better to do then just stand there, avoid making eye contact and pretending to be busy such as centering a Gucci wallet. The sales representatives made themselves very unapproachable. In fact, they didn't even greet you when you came in. It was very bad customer service overall. I felt silently judged by the sales representative by their body language/posture, etc. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere and feeling. From now on, I'll be ordering Gucci items online and not in store. The way the sales representatives acted was uncalled for as they aren't superior to the customer.

Such an amazing experience here all thanks to Ashish! He took the time to listen to my concerns and found the perfect handbag for me! I absolutely love it. He also allowed me to charge my iPhone while shopping. Thank you Ashish for the suggestion!

after experiencing a bad customer service issue with Louie Vuitton yorkdale I decided to write a review about the Gucci store square one, as a comparable I realized how exceptionally well I am treated in this location, the staff is top notch what one would expect from a designer brand. thank you always
