Terrible Service and Lack of Accountability for Mishandled Bag
I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received regarding my mishandled bag. Despite providing all the necessary documents, including a void check and a copy of my passport, there has been no response to my multiple email reminders about the outstanding dues. This is utterly unacceptable!
Ariana Deokie, who is supposed to be the specialist handling mishandled bags, has been completely unresponsive. Every time I call the provided number, it goes straight to voicemail, and the call disconnects after a few seconds. It's as if they are deliberately avoiding my calls!
This level of negligence and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. I expect immediate action and a proper resolution to this matter. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they clearly have no respect for their customers' time or concerns.

GTA dnata has formulated a rule for truck pickup and delivery. There is no sign in the parking lot telling the driver that they need to submit documents before he can get the dock. And when there are no trucks and drivers waiting outside the dock, the driver is still required to submit documents before he is allowed to use the dock.
The system is to solve problems and improve work efficiency. When you encounter such a stupid supervisor on duty, you have to continue to implement it when there is no congestion, which subjectively reduces the efficiency of the warehouse.
I think the owner of GTA dnata can consider changing a supervisor to work for the company. This kind of person is wasting the salary you pay.

Very poor service. I got two arrival notice from GTA Dnata and then called them to ask that total how many skids do you have for me to pick up, she answered three. But when our driver got there he confirmed 10 skids are here under your both AWb. I tried to talk to Supervisor. she even did not listen to me and started making excuses and arguments. I had to get one another truck there to pick up my shipments. Totally disappointed and ruined my whole day.

You can send or deliver your packages here. They work quickly and help you. If you need customs, it's better than Swissport because customs is located near it.
