This company is so unresponsible and their customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. They picked up our LTL shipment on July 11 and the date is August 16 and they still have our shipment and have not dropped it off. They claim there is a problem at the fulfillment centre but we shipped with M-O and they dropped off our package in 8 days. On top of still having our shipment and not dropping it off their customer service is extremely rude and did not provide any support for our issue. Pay a little more and get reliable service.

Goorooship prices are very affordable as compare to directly with carriers. This platform was very new for me. Sarbjot helped me to understand the process and my shipment got delivered successfully

They are supposed to offer you the best service available to make your shipment. We have found that sometimes shipping via Canada Post (which is easier) is cheaper than the options offered by this platform.On the other hand, Purolator has made an unjustified charge for a shipment that we made through Goorooship charging more than double for an alleged change of address that never existed and Gooroship proceeded to charge us the additional despite proving that our address was correct and that there was no adjustment for change in delivery address. It was not possible for them to return the extra charge to us, Goorooship simply take the side with their couriers and harm the client.We do not recommend it, there are better services, more efficient, less expensive and other do not take your money unjustifiably.

I had issue with my shipment. UPS put extra charges on it. Customer service representative helped me to dispute for it. She solved it very quickly.

After contacting customer support by email things straight out and finaly I received the shipment. Definitely the problem was caused by the carrier but I think they have to negotiate their collaboration, also to have a better comunication between the web brokerage and carriers. I had a note to call ahead of arriving to arrange for offload, but the carrier called me after he arrived, fortunately he waited until my workers could go and offload.I would try them again as they really tried to solve the problem.

I am a happy customer of goorooship.ca. I saw some negative reviews here. I guess only unhappy customers left reviews while happy ones were just too busy. And it is unfair and biased. I have been using their service for more than 2 years. Got some issues now and then but most of them were caused by carriers. And their customer service team eventually resolved issues for me, even though some took a bit longer time. Overall, I am happy with their rates and service.

Great prices but moreover I get excellent customer service. Always able to reach someone when I need help and have had very reliable pick ups and very easy ordering process. So much more friendly and professional than other shipping companies I've tried. Will continue to use and share with friends who need shipping. Really pleased!
