Worst company ever! I don’t understand why any companies and brokers continue to work with a company that treats their employees so poorly! Shame on you.Employee are charged (illegally) for offences but when their old trucks break down and the driver is stuck in the waiting rooms of mechanic shops for mire than 12 hours, no one from headquarters will even inquire how their driver is doing and where he is planning to sleep. You will not get paid for standing because of their old broken trucks. Good luck at the company paying for accommodations for you being stuck somewhere. Almost EVERYONE in the company is incompetent . You call to find out regarding an issue and they will transfer you at least 20 times before you lose your cool and the person that you speak to last will actually try to help. Otherwise no one knows what they’re doing and nobody wants to solve issues the drivers have on the road. DO NOT WORK For this company!

I wish I could could ZERO STARS!!Today a driver almost ran me off the road on the freeway. I called to make a complaint. The woman said that he would go through training again ?. I only have a flat tire & side of my car scratched. Hope he is trained to..yea… I’m not happy.She asked for the license plate & trailer number. Just to say,ok we will retrain him and thanks. I was coming onto the freeway and I can clearly see that no one was on the left side of him.He was still coming. So I tried slowing down! But cars were behind me coming on the freeway also!I literally had to make a complete stop on the freeway! I hit one of the largest potholes!! Shifting my car, I lost control. Swerving more to the right & scraping my new car!! I’m more than upset!! This is a horrible company and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!plate: X8466LTrailer number: 3GA968Zu

If you're in the roadside repair business do not take a call from this company they'll send you on wild goose chase is not knowing where the drivers are then after you drove 40 or 50 miles looking for them they don't want to pay anything they call a company that's closer to them and ignore your calls and emails terrible terrible company

I wish if there is 0 star option, these people are beyond one's imagination. They are way too much, extremely unprofessional, rude, discourteous, impolite and very disrespectful. No matter how many times you call them, they don't answer, in other words they don't have sense of responsibility. If you email them, then you get response from nescient employees. They don't deserve respect. I don't like to say bad words for anyone, but these people are too much, they are being selfish, don't care about their drivers. Atleast teach your employees how to talk, if you seek respect, first learn how to earn it. Bravo to those who put good word for them, i guess either they were lucky or one of their own.I would suggest everyone to check the reviews first before going to this place, so you won't waste your time.

REMINDERNew driver and especially owner operator ?Be aware of this Gigg express. Otherwise you gonna cry after getting hired. They charge extra for everything and doesn't give anything in return. Also rates are very low.
