Worst Store and Customer ServiceI have also file a report to square one and Freedom customer service.This sales person name Prianka is borderline and narcisistShe is attacking the customers and threatining to call security this is not a one time deal this is happening repeatdly.You cannot force customers to buy protection from you to have credits thats a scam and you cannot force us to buy phone deal when we didnt sign anything this is not right at allShe is also fake protenting to be a manager at the store which she is not even. you cannot make a instore complaints.This has to stop she is also was doing the same thing to a elderly person.i have complained about it to the all the neccessary places but please take attention.

We had a wonderful experience with Tarak. He went above and beyond to ensure we got all the features we needed at the best price. We loved how patient and helpful he was. We will happily make this our location for freedom from now on and hope to see Tarak again when we return! Best customer service we have received in a long time!

The sale guy gave me the promotion to sale the plan on the spot, but it’s end up not applied in my bill. I called Freedom customer service to complain, but they said that it’s not included in my plan when signing up. They can’t do anything about that, can’t apply because it’s not mentioned in the agreement. Nothing solved. Does your employee lie to sale the plan/ phone to meet target????

Sana was amazing, she was able to explain everything and show herself very knowledgeable. She did her best to take care of everything and almost convince me to buy the whole store. Definitely, she deserves 5 stars ?

Before I even walked in Prerna was ready to help, she quickly asked us what our needs were and she was able to come up with a perfect plan in the span of a few seconds. Prerna set us up with a brand new iPhone 15 and phone plan. She also hooked us up with cases and charger. 10/10 service! Great job!

WARNING, BAD EXPERINECE UNTIL THE END.I have been to this location about 5 times, and 1/5 times I had actually had a good experience.The 4th time I had step into the store, is when I was placing a pre order for the newest iphone 15 pro, this was the first time I notice the manager actually smiled at me and told me he will get me help. The gentleman that came out to help me had a comb over haircut, was skinny, and black frame glasses. He had helped me placed the pre order, BUT before placing the pre order, I had asked this gentleman 3 questions:1. How many people pre order the phone model/colour I want2. Do they / Will they have a phone storage (due to chip shortage and multiple phones in the past had this issue)3. Will I get my phone day of release.He had told me that there were at least 30 people who had pre order this model. That there will not be a phone shortage and that I will get my phone Friday (day of release). I had question him with that 3rd question about 3-5x before I gave him my $100 for deposit, and he had told me and I quoted, "PEOPLE WHO PLACE A PRE ORDER NOW WILL BE GETTING THE PHONE ON THE DAY OF RELEASE" After that, I had put down the deposit.Day of release, I had called the store and spoke to the gentleman who had helped me, I had asked him if my phone was ready for pick up, he went to go check the back, 1-3 mins go by and he comes back and told me on the phone that my phone is not here yet, however should be here in a 1 week or 2. I had then told him, is it because they did not get shipment yet, which he had told me no, they had gotten shipment and that my pre order is not ready. I reminded him that, before I had placed the pre order, I specifically asked him over and over if I was going to get the phone on launch day and he had yes and reassured me that I was. To make matters worse, his response back to me was " I did not say that, I did not promise you", which made the matter worse. We are human and make mistakes, but I also believe in good customer service, my tip to this gentleman is that he should have been honest and own up what he had told me in person vs over the phone and calling me a liar. I have worked retail before, and whether customers are buying or not, you don't switch up your attitude with them. I had told him I have a friend who is a witness and on top of that, I could of pre order at Vaughan Mills instead because they GUARANTEED me that I will get the phone because at the time they only had 5 pre orders in, but no, I went to SQ1 to do the pre-order instead, even though I did not have the greatest experience in this store before. His response was "okay, go ask your friend" and " i don't know what else to tell you"4hrs go by, and I get a call from a gentleman, telling me "oh well it looks like your phone did come in today" how interesting.I came to the store, and was helped by SANA, which I honestly wish she was the first person I ever spoke to in this store, and to read the google reviews, she has a lot of positive ones. She made the transaction seamlessly.Overall, all I ask is honesty from the gentleman, which clearly he doesn't want to do. I have been in this sort of industry before and understand that there's a chip shortage and phone delay. Just don't over promise people because you need the numbers for work.Highly recommend seeing Sana if you need help.This review honestly was supposed to be 1 star because of the amount of bad experience I had here, but Sana gained an extra star.

Went to this Freedom store at square one and was helped by Ajay with an upgrade. He was friendly, honest, helpful and answered all my questions and concerns clearly. Very comfortable to talk to and made the whole process quick and easy. Genuinely eager to help me out with the dozen questions I had and through out always smiling and patient. Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

My visit today was perfect. Prema J was really good and fast for what I was in for. Gave me good packages and was very nice. She was working alone and had a line forming but still gave me and my sister excellent service.

Arvindh was SO helpful and very kind during this process. He was attentive and explained things to me without hesitation and seemed genuinely happy to do so. This is my first time using freedom and I can happily say I will stick with it, and refer others to the company and arvindh specifically! Thank you for all your help and guidance !
