Very nice selection at the store and the staff is kind and attentive. Phillip helped me find the hoodie i wanted and helped me finding the right size as well. Their fabric material is really good and the quality reflects the pricing.

Honest prices for quality products. Service is exceptional with no commissions/no pressure. Super happy as a full figured senior to find modest, tailored, gorgeous fabrics and capsule wardrobe basics. I’m in! And a high five to Cat and Lorelei at Square One. The jeans you recommended arrived and fit like a glove!

Unprofessional, two female staff were talking to each other when I was in store, before I even got a chance to say hi or ask a question about applying at the location I was told that they were not hiring. I understand if they are not hiring but I felt turned away and dismissed by not even being able to say hello. While they were talking and giggling

Horrible experience here. A coat was priced incorrectly by the team and they didn’t honour it. It is the stores fault it was priced wrongly & “Kat” the manager wouldn’t do anything about it. The store should be honouring what is priced. Do not recommend shopping here.

Great collection and great exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to help with my order. Good coordination between the store and the online store teams. We bought a winter jacket, totally worth it. Very smartly designed and comfortable. I highly recommend this brand.

My favourite place to buy pants as a tall man (6’7) The pants go to 38/34 but generally run a little longer with some tailoring to get it right where you want it. I can’t really say much about this place since it has nothing generally wrong with it, Associate’s are nice and super helpful in helping figuring out fits and that looks good, the only gripe i can come up with is high prices but that’s bound to happen with smaller retailers.

Lori and Catherine were incredible in recommending pieces for me to try and were so helpful when I needed different sizes and pieces to go with my selections. Awesome experience in this store - I can't recommend it enough!

bought 3 shirts right before they closed on friday, may 12th and the 2 girls working there were super helpful :) a tad pricey but the quality of the clothes is great and good brand values

Not sure what the names are but shoutout the dude with the arm tattoo and the two ladies who helped me find a shirt for an engagement shoot. It was a pleasant shopping experience once they knew what I was shopping for. 10/10 would go back again
