Ordered flowers which we're far from good value. They arrived at 9:45 PM. the presentation is done nicely but if they came that late for delivery. Kind of lost its purpose for the event. Better to go elsewhere for a better florist and punctual orders.

I recently purchased a flower arrangement for a close relatives funeral. While the arrangement was nice, I was very disappointed in how sparse the arrangement was versus the picture I viewed to choose the arrangement. I even selected the arrangement in person and was assured that the arrangement would be as displayed in the picture. I chose the standard arrangement at $153 plus $18 delivery fee plus $10 for a banner and having ordered from Flowers Unlimited in the past expected an outstanding display. I’m sorry to say that I can no longer trust Flowers Unlimited and will have to take my business elsewhere. Sorry I cannot add photo as it was sent to the funeral home.

I needed an arrangement for a Funeral urgently, I had been trying for days numerous florists with no luck, everyone was out of Flowers before and after Valentines Day. I reached out to Flowers Unlimited spoke with Sonia, she advised me of what she would be able to make & deliver in time for the funeral on Feb 16th. When I arrived at 9:15 AM, the flowers were already in place, it was a beautiful arrangement worth every cent. Thanks Sonia

Sonia is reliable. I have asked her last minute flower arrangements and deliveries more than a couple of times and she stepped up to the challenge. She assured me, her customer -that with some tweeks, it made the impossible seem doable at that time. She can fix last minute changes, especially with how meticulous my clients are, let alone I am doing things remotely, she can keep up with my pace. I normally recommend this place, I think it’s under new management, went in yesterday to place an order for pick up today, the order was completely opposite of what I wanted. Still giving two star because the lady did offer to remove the white flowers but overall wasn’t impressed with the service or the productReply : Hi, I have already mentioned you did offer to remove the baby breath, what I didn’t like was when I came in to order I specificity took you over to the flower room and pointed at the bouquet style I wanted and you told me that’s presentation style, when I came to pick up the roses they did not look anything like what I showed you in your flower room. Mistakes happen absolutely I just didn’t appreciate my friends got roses for less than half the price that looked better than mine. So to be I felt I wasted my money. I will still come to you guys and give you guys another chance in the future to see hopefully it’s a better experience

If I could give 10 stars I would! Needed flowers urgently on the day of and within 4 hours they were able to deliver! Talk about customer service at its finest! They delivered beautiful flowers with unbelievable speed and service! Will definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Thanks Guys!!! ??
