I was there today. Absolutely amazing experience. There was a lady and a gentleman in the store. Both were friendly and helpful .I initially dealt with the gentleman. He was wonderful. He helped me choose a chain for the charm I purchased. The lady cashed me out. I work for a large company. I will definitely pass the word around to go to this store.

I bought a nice ring for my wife here it was rose gold I believe. Great customer service! The people working there at the time were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect ring. My wife loves it! Will definitely buy again from here.

A fine load of garbage. Got my ring tested you sold me 10 years ago, to use in a custom ring and it’s a topaz, worth a measly $15. I paid $550 plus tax. No wonder you up and left Limeridge mall. Shoddy work on the band too. Sickening, check your “diamonds” before purchasing, or better yet, stay away from here altogether. Bunch of scammers. Greasy would be an understatement. Thinking back to when the sales lady happened to visit my place of work after that location closed and she pretended she didn’t know me. Well, makes sense now.

I bought a bracelet for my wife 10 karat gold broke. We had to repair it at fine jewelry 3 times and we paid for the repairs because they said it our fault the chain brokeHorrible product poor customer serviceThen the chain broke a fourth time I called the owner and explain to him he answer was because. We bought a cheap bracelet ( 650 $ plus repairs)At last I went somewhere else because I didn’t want to deal with fine jewelry anymoreAll the good reviews the owner has are all friends and relatives

An absolutely horrible experience in here with the owner. I had them resize my bracelet in time for my wedding, and had to push to have it finished when they said they would finish it. It broke over the wedding weekend and I asked to have them add a couple of the gold links they removed back in. He told me they no longer have these links (less than a few days later) and did not offer to give them back initially. When I said that was not acceptable, he literally swore at me! Unbelievably poor customer service I would never recommend this jeweller to anyone.

Went to their store looking to purchase a 20-inch gold chain, but the owner does not seem knowledgeable about the products at all. They said they don't sell gold by the gram but rather by the style... There inventory of chains is very low quality. That alone should be a red flag. Also looking at how the company responds to some of the reviews seems very unprofessional. They dont want returning customers that do business, rather try to squeeze as much profit on people.Edit: When I went into their shop there was literally no one else there but the owners. Instead of playing the victim and calling people bullies for leaving low-star reviews on your business, just address the issue and move forward.

Fraud, fake, and sweet talker. The old guy pretends to be very caring, but absolutely fake. Dont buy as they give fake appraisal letter. On Invoice he writes no returns no exchange. Don't throw your money !

Traded a gold chain we’ve had for years, the new one DISINTEGRATED in our hands after a few weeks.The owner was outright dishonest at every opportunity and refused to give us anything of equal value. Gave us another chain and made us pay much more than it was worth and it was an horrible exchange but we didn’t want to leave empty handed.I would never return here. Horrible quality, horrible, dishonest service. Never again.
