However, after the contract was finalized, the manager only offered me a discount on the accessories. When I expressed my desire to cancel the contract, the manager's attitude changed completely. He remarked that we were 'not a good fit,' implying that it was due to my association with a particular community. Is this considered professional conduct in the workplace?"

very bad customer service. i was there to just change my plan but instead they changed my provider charged me extra, applied for a rogers mastercard even when i denied. It was done without my knowledge and i got to know when i received the mail. The guy named something like Ehmad or khalid i’m not sure , he attended me and was constantly forcing me to buy their plans and master card. i was dennying but still they applied for it without my knowledge. He was also giving some kind of a wifi box and told me to return it after a month and money will come back to my account. But i denied soo hard that’s when he stopped asking. overall very bad service. they just want to sell their products and fulfil their targets but little did they know it can put someone under pressure and stress for not taking right step. I’m very much disappointed

I would like to commend Ms. Anushka Shing for helping me superbly about the mess made by one of their staff who persuade me to purchase just to go after his sales causing my dissatisfaction and inconvenience. Nonetheless, when I went back to complain, Ms. Anushka fixed everything in no time. In short, if you want to visit this place please look for Ms. Anushka and she will surely cater you with professionalism and utmost respect. You can thank me later.

I came in about a month ago in regards to my mothers phone. She had just gotten her phone stolen and was fighting a horrible sickness at the time, so she needed my assistance in getting a new sim card. I was greeted by a lovely young man who was extremely helpful, he walked me through everything and helped my mom and I out greatly. He made the process very easy and efficient, which was super appreciated given the circumstances. I just want to give him his props for his excellent customer service and care for our situation. He seriously made our day, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but I know it does start with an A hahah and I believe his nametag said he was in-training.

My experience at this Fido was great, getting help with tech stuff can be annoying or difficult as some companies make things complicated or just don't seem to care. But I went to Fido at this Square One location and was assisted by Rehan. He was very open to answering all my questions and really patient throughout my visit. He was so helpful in explaining my Fido plan and made me happy that I'm a Fido member. I left the store with a better plan and had a great experience!!!

We visited Fido at the Square One location near closing time, not anticipating much entertainment. However, Chris surpassed our expectations. Despite being busy, he welcomed us warmly, attentively listened to our requirements and budget, and made every effort to assist us, going the extra mile. We are extremely pleased with the service.

She went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for in a phone and my monthly financing plan and provided the best offers she could. She was so efficient, organized, and made the process so smooth, easy and amazing. She was so responsible and provided outstanding customer service. added additional number to my line without my knowledge or consent, when went asked to cancel the number, they asked me to call customer care(Stay away from customer agent Khalid )
