FedEx Canada has the worst customer service out of any delivery service! If I could rate zero stars I would! I’ve unfortunately dealt with FedEx for years and every experience has been a nightmare. Unfortunately, I can’t decide what courier companies use for shipment but I refuse to place an order with companies if they choose to use FedEx. Where do I start! Firstly, drivers say they “attempted delivery” when I know they’re lying because when I’m expecting a package I stay home and wait by the door to make sure I receive my package. Secondly, FedEx lacks proper communication. Once, FedEx sent my International package coming from the US to Canada Post once the package was cleared in Canada, but failed to notify me the customer of those changes. How am I supposed to know that the package is no longer with FedEx if I’m not given correspondence about that? Lastly, customer service is horrible. Calling customer service is an absolute waste of time because every time I call the representatives can’t even help me! How can a customer representative say they can’t see anything on their end when they work for FedEx? That doesn’t make sense! Common sense is lacking with FedEx!!!

Ever since you got these foreign call centre people working and handling your ass customer service your service has gone to dog shit. No one knows anything and can get anything done.

The delivery man, after I answered the door and even pressed the remote shutter button on the door of our apartment building several times, left my 4-season car mats in front of it, outside , with the risk of having my package stolen. Totally unacceptable, it deserves zero!

Awful and outdated service, FedEx only caters to those living in houses and condominiums. "Drivers are not authorized to call customers to come downstairs to open the front door for them." If you live in an apartment building without working intoercom, good luck receiving your packages. They always end up rerouted to pick up points. God forbid you're ordering something weighing more than 10kg.

They need to teach there drivers to read. Not once not twice but time and again the say that they can not deliver something The apt/suite number on the package is incorrect. We're working on getting the right number and will update your shipment as soon as possible. You call them make sure that they have all the correct info and even have a note on the buzzer system in the building to buzz this number with your name on it and they still do the same thing!!! Get better people to work for you not the bottom of the barrel or train them how to read for god sake!!!!!!!! I would not use FedEx if your life depended on it you'd be dead! Just awful poor customer service people having to listen all day to complaints bet they could get it right!

garbage service I had to use FedEx 4 times in my life and 4 times they fuked up my packages never came after talking to customer service no body never call back or respond so that's mean I lost my money 4 times with FedEx Use Different Services or u will be disappointed

My package (small furniture for my daughter for college) was supposed to be delivered on the 12th. Tracking showed it has been all over the place. Finally it says it's been delayed at a warehouse 30 minutes from my house. I've called customer service twice only to get absolutely nowhere. I was told every excuse in the book as to why my package has not arrived and is almost a week late. Yesterday the guy told me he's not even sure where the package is, there's a lot of influx of packages in my area, there's been changes to fedex that they can't discuss, and then tried to tell me that my package is possibly on a container ship somewhere, even after they've scanned it into the system!!!. I told him the tracking says it's 30 minutes from my house and then asked if I could pick my package up, they told me no. This delay has caused so much headache for my family. My daughter can't move unless I go buy different furniture now. Fedex delivery service is severely failing their customers and their customer service is even worse. DO NOT USE FEDEX ! Not if you want to get your packages on time.? I would give zero stars if I could!

WORST COURIER COMPANY ACROSS THE GLOBE !!
They delayed my shipment 3 times and every time I call the customer service they say “ we apologize for the delay and there’s nothing we can do” !!!
They don’t care about their customers’ service. This never happens even in a 3rd world country!
Suppliers and merchants should never deal with them otherwise they too will lose their customers satisfaction and eventually their businesses.

I was supposed to receive a package, shipped by my pharmacy and containing my medication, on Friday. On Saturday, the tracking showed it would be delivered by noon. Then, the tracking info showed delivery by Saturday, end of day. Then, it changed ??? No date shown??? I got a hold of their customer service (just the automated one) on the phone mid- day Saturday. I was told it was out for delivery. There hours for residential delivery end at 8 pm. I got a hold if a real, live person at 8 pm, not easy to do. I told her I wanted to know the status of my delivery. I also told her that their website was no longer allowing me to track my package. The website bumped me to the online chat option every time and would not allow me to see the tracking. She told me that the package was "on the truck". She also told me that, because they are backlogged, residential delivery hours have been extended to 10 pm. Funny, their website isn't updated with a message about this. I an writing this early Sunday morning. Still no medication. I ran out on Friday night. So, where is my medication??? Did the driver get lost? Will he be driving around all day today? There are no deliveries today, Sunday. Is my medication going to sit in a truck in the heat of summer for a day until they resume deliveries on Monday. Or, did they lie and my medication never even made it to a truck. At present, the tracking does not show any expected delivery date, let alone a delivery window. I am suffering due to this delay! Total and complete incompetence! Total lack of customer care!

This is the worst company to ship by the workers do not know what they are doing at all packages are never delivered on time horible customer service workers tell you 5 different stories as to where your package is
