Don't even shop with them bad customer service. No email reply and phone. When you try to cancel they respond so late after they ship the item. Their no option on the website to cancel the order. I pay for UPS Express ship no tracking number. It says it was shipped. But can't find it anywhere. When you ask about the shipping no response or response with a tracking number. I just want my money back or I go to my credit card and file a dispute. Terrible business practice playing with my money. Why is there prices in the US not in Canadian That's so weird. If you base in Canada. On their website they don't say anything about refund or restocking fee you have to dig through their website to find anything about that it's supposed to be on your front page not hidden somewhere in your page. I should have done my research before I bought anything from them. Or I can do is hope is that I get my money back from my credit card when I file dispute.

Takes my money for an item they claimed to have in stock.
They didn't. Said it would ship out in a few days.
It didn't.
Been fighting for weeks to get a refund.
Still haven't gotten it.
It would seem i will have to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back.
Don't waste your time with this scam company.

Honestly nothing but an amazing experience, my CECHA01 PS3 was quickly diagnosed and had the motherboard replaced within a week along with a delid service on both the CPU and GPU. The temps are now within 55-65 range while under load. The owner kept me updated throughout the whole process which was appreciated. Only thing id like to note is that the prices are in USD so be prepared to pay more than what the website says.

SlowTech! This place should be embarrassed as a company, order taking forever was supposed to be shipped 15 days ago, ridiculous, don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere they should be reimbursing me for how long it taken

Ordered a replacement PS5 laser lens deck KEM-497AAA in early July. A month later followed up as no updates were given. Was told the item is back ordered and will be given an update when the item should ship, awesome that's fair. A few days later was notified the item will ship by August 14. August 14 comes and no shipment confirmation. Followed up on August 22nd their email inbox is full so called and left a voice-mail. No response. Followed up 3 business days later on August 25 no response. I went ahead and filed a chargeback with my bank.

Starts with no communication and ends with outright lies. I ordered a new cooling fan for a PS4 I was repairing. Email notification said I would get a confirmation email when the part was shipped. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I contacted the company asking about the status, or a refund if they didn't have the part. The website indicated they had the part in stock, which is why I ordered from them. No response. The part arrived in the mail today. Was it new? No way. fan is covered in dust, and the foam is torn from being pulled out of a donor console.This company has horrible customer service and zero integrity as far as I'm concerned.

Easy to place order. Product was in stock. Shipping was prompt. E-mail received for order and shipping were prompt and helpful. Product arrived when promised and was exactly what I needed. Would order again from this site.

One of the only places you can get quality PS3 parts. I'd stick to internals only due to coverings and plastic pieces getting scuffed in the delivery process though.

Will not return calls or emails and has not refunded me for a part that was not shipped. He said he would refund me but refund never came through. I will remove review if I receive payment. If not I will leave reviews on every site I can find to make anyone aware of this person that does not keep his word.

Made a purchase for a replacement shell for my beloved backward compatible playstation 3. New shell arrived safely packaged and in great condition, needless to say I am happy with my purchase!!!
